This Samsung refrigerator is exactly what I was looking for, it fits perfectly in my kitchen and nicely complements its look. Price wise Best Buy offered the best option, even in Samsung's website it was more expensive. I had issues with delivery and a long delay, but understandable due to the COVID-19 situation we are all living in. Overall I recommend this refrigerator, it works very well, the doors on the bottom are an intelligent way to save space and make it even more functional. It is silent and very easy to use. The fingerprint resistance really works and I can attest that with a 2 year old boy at home.

This purchase made me a Samsung fan for sure. It runs super quiet. The flex zone is awesome, and I actually had to go shopping after install it has so much room Over out last fridge.

We purchased this product because we liked the features of the quad compartments and the adjustable lower quarter to be a freezer or refrigerator. It was to replace another Samsung version of the same refrigerator (albeit a different model number) that had failed a year after the warranty expired. We wanted to go with an LG or Whirlpool but nothing has the quad door feature, so we elected to go with the Samsung again hoping they fixed the problem in a subsequent model. (searching on line, the failure was common to this product). When our refrigerator arrived the Best Buy crew was outstanding, however when they hooked it up, we could hear water running. Thinking it was just filling up they set it back in. After a while the water was still running and they pulled it out to find water underneath. They checked all the installation lines and found no leak. The refrigerator was leaking on the inside. They disconnected the water and left the fridge (since the previous one was no longer cooling and they had dumped it on the truck) with the promise of doing a return the next week. We scheduled a replacement and it was delivered and installed the following week. We like the fridge but hope this one lasts longer than a year past the warranty, particularly when you pay nearly $3000.

This refrigerator is an awesome product! I've received so many compliments on what a beautiful refrigerator I Purchased! I love the "four Door features and that the lower right can be changed from a refrigerator or to an additional Freezer! Everything adjustable - I Love the size and especially the LED interior lighting. Water filter, all clear drawers and shelves so you can see what you have. I'm very impressed on the engineering of this unit. The guys were outstanding, from the delivery to setting every thing up for me and helped me explaining all the features and helping me learn about my new refrigerator! I researched before buying comparing multiple brands! Highly recommend Samsung!! Thanks BestBuy for a wonderful Product!!

Plenty of room for gallon jugs in one of the doors and you can move one of the shelves to accommodate more gallons. The bottom right compartment can be fridge or freezer which is nice.

As beautiful as this refrigerator is the ice maker sucks! I am so disappointed and there is nothing I can do as Samsung will not replace or refund my money. Samsung uses dish repair service and they have been out her 3 times to diagnose the problem and replace working comments. The problem is their design and this is one product I would not recommend.

Replaced our lg with this fridge. Works way better.

Great if u want a big fridge and the only down fall its has ice maker frosting the ice cubes

Works well with all Samsung products. It’s very high tech with many features. Very pricey but worth it. A lot of room inside with 4 drawers and 2 bottoms being freezer drawers

Best refrigerator freezer I ever owned, lots of room and easy to get things in and out of the freezer without anything being buried on the bottom

So far so good.... only down side so far are the finger prints! I figured they had that all solved by now

You cant close the doors without leaving your fingerprints all over it.

Fridge is efficient and quiet. I love that the flex zone has an option to deep freeze instead of just soft freeze like other fridges that have the drawer freezers!

Bought this fridge because of the versatility of temperature adjustment of the fourth door. Very roomy, easy to accommodate different size items, LED lighting superb.
