Very nice refrigerator with lots of space and it is very well organized.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ice maker has been an issue from the beginning and now it never works even after 5 force defrost cycles back to back. Fridge hardly holds consistent temp and Samsung not fixing the issue.

I have to be very diligent about cleaning off the prints on the stainless steel but I love that the handles are built in and the space is great. It is a very nice fridge, may think twice about stainless steel appliances in the future but i do love the looks of them and work at keeping them smear free.

Great Refrigerator. Lots of space, high cooling power and the flex option gives you flexibility to change from a Refrigerator to a freezer. Wish the side racks on the door and bottle space to keep the 2 liter bottles

I visited the store at least once a month for over a year just to look at this refrigerator. Finally it's in my kitchen. I love that it doesn't have exposed handles. The amount of light inside is wonderful. The extra height on the water dispenser is perfect. I couldn't be happier

Love it , if you need more fridge space,just change the temperature for one of the lower freezer part Perfect for our needs Water filter super easy to replace Water dispenser with cube and crush ice option. So far so good Bestbuy customer service was excellent Thank you

I love the size and convenience of the fridge and it’s components. Tons of space just wish shelves on ice maker side were made different—size shaping etc. Just a beast to get in our house.

This fridge is everything I had hoped for. Fell in love with it several years ago and can't believe I own it now. Large Wide open spaces. Clean design. Works great and looks great.

LED Lights are not working after 15 days. It looks circuit board need to be replaced. We are planning to return.

This refrigerator has tons of space and usable shelving. The option to change the temperature on the bottom right area is a huge plus for us as we don't need much freezer space.

Nice and cold, although I miss my avocado green refrigerator this one is pretty nice. True, I don't have to fool with "cracking" ice cube trays anymore, so that's a plus, and cold water in the door is awesome, training the dog to stand on hind legs, he's almost got it.

Since I have a freezer in the basement I use the flex quarter as a refrigerator. Drinks, yogurt and extra cheese and lettuce is kept there. The lighting inside is great. Not a dark area inside I would definitely recommend this for any size family.

If you need more refrigerator space than freezer space or like is have a free standing freezer in the garage, this refrigerator is awesome. Gives you much more fridge space than a typical fridge. We love it and couldn’t be happier!!!

The Samsung 28.1 cu ft 4 door flex french door is great. Love the flexibility to have more refrigerator space or have more freezer space when needed. Holds everything we need.

Had one of these refrigerators for about 3 weeks. I had my new appliances delivered on Aug 24th 2017, replacing the ones i lost in Hurricane Matthew. September 4th Hurricane Irma decided to take the new ones. Best Buy had an amazing sale and their customer service was awesome.

Very good looking and easy to control. The flex zone is very useful. Only thing I don't like is taste of water comes thru the machine not good.
