Excellent refrigerator plenty of space easy acess flex zone is awesome

Functionally the fridge is fine. Major disappointment has been the black "stainless steel" finish. Surface finish started peeling off around ice dispenser within 6 months. Samsung is unwilling to provide support since the problem is considered "cosmetic" This is for product that was chosen in part because of appearance in our open kitchen/living area. Not satisfied at all.

Love the features and build quality of refrigerator. My only complaint is there is a fan that comes on that is loud. If the sound goes away over time it will be five stars. The feature of making bottom right a refrigerator instead of freezer is really useful. We have deep freezer so we don't store much in freezer area. I have seen a lot of reviews that mention the ice maker having problems but so far it is running good.

Great 4-door Flex French Door Refrigerator. So far so good. Love the flex zone.

This Samsung refrigerator, so far, has lived up to the promises of our salesman and Samsung. The outside easily wipes clean, the water and ice dispensers work well. The inside of the fridge and freezer are well lit. Food temperature is maintained appropriately in both areas. Shelves wipe clean easily. The freezer section is so easy to keep organized with the shelves and bins.

Love the 4 door style of this Refrigerator. Seems to keep Fruits and Vegetables fresh longer than my old refrigerator. I will come back and had a better review after I have had it a year.

It's decent. But for the price point, after having it for a couple of months, I'm not impressed. The icemaker is a constant source of irritation. It doesn't make much ice and it seems as though it doesn't stay cold, melts and sticks together. Whenever we open the fridge door, water drips out of the icemaker hole.

The refrigerator compressor and motor is noisy when the compressor comes on. I got a replacement based on recommendation of Geek Squad repair person. The replacement refrigerator has the same issue. Samsung could not explain the issue and sent out a repair person. He stated that it is a three stage compressor and it is louder, but should subside as the refrigerator continues to run. The door-shelving is not very efficient, but there are a lot of shelves. The flex option works as described. The water/ice dispenser does not run if you open any of the doors. There is an automatic shut-off for the water dispenser which is a nice feature to prevent over-flow, but it is a lot of water that is dispensed before the feature kicks in. The refrigerator has a lot of interior space. Other than the noise, the refrigerator is ok. I would not buy this refrigerator if I was looking to get a new refrigerator.

I chose this model for the freezer doors and it's size. It's big and holds a lot food! I like the fridge being on top but I always disliked the drawer freezers. I love the doors and the organization it allows. I also like that there's a separate water/ice trigger so my kids don't mess with the touch panel to get themselves a glass of water. The lights on the sides are also a nice touch because it lights up every shelf. The items on the top shelf often block the light when it's at the top. Another positive is that the drawers on the bottom inside the fridge are small enough to open with only that side door open. You don't have to open both doors to open one drawer. Well thought out. The reason I only give it 4 stars though it the shelves aren't as adjustable as I like. The top shelf can't move making me have to leave the middle shelf where it is to allow enough room for taller items. I also hoped that the flexspace could be a fridge but it only has 4 settings: same temp as freezer on left, warmer freezer (24degrees), chill meats (30degrees), or warmer fridge at 41 degrees. I was planning to put all the kids snacks in there so they'd be easy to access but I'm concerned some of their food will go bad at 41 before they eat it. I think it's growing on me though. Kind of nice to keep some of the produce at a warmer temperature. Last note, I LOVE these handles! They don't stick out, they're easier to wipe off, and my kids can't get a grip to climb the fridge with them!

Not only easy on the eyes, but spacious and well designed also.

I love this fridge. It is so beautiful!!! The flex zone is great. Awesome upgrade from my previous Samsung French door where I had to pull out the freezer drawer.

Refrig was pre set a little to cold. Easy to readjust clean lines

Honestly the only thing I can find wrong with this refrigerator is the ice and water dispenser. The ice maker produces ice fine and at a good rate but the dispensing of the ice, the mechanism is just very slow and the water dispenser shoots out the water as opposed to a softer pour so it doesn't splash everywhere. Very minor complaints as the rest of the fridge and options are awesome. Would highly recommend this VERY spacious fridge.

Beautiful refrigerator. The delivery guys were excellent!

We debated quite a bit before making up our mind; we looked at many brands and units. The feature that won us over was the flex feature that allows you to use the bottom right compartment either as a freezer or a refrigerator. We find this to be a plus because our storage needs often change. The overall design and exterior appearance is very much unique and makes our kitchen look more upscale. Even though this refrigerator was somewhat more expensive than average, we feel that it was worth it because of the beautiful design and features. In addition, this appliance has a longer warranty - 10 years on the sealed system - than most other refrigerators. Overall we are very satisfied with our purchase. The Best Buy employees that assisted us were very helpful and polite. Thank you all!

Really liking it. Definitely feels roomier than my side-by-side did. The convertible compartment is a lifesaver. I'd been considering upgrading for awhile, very glad I did!

the refrigerator is beautiful, very spacious. I love the fact that I have a choice using one of the doors as a refrigerator or a freezer. My only complaint is that the shelves, are 1 piece. the space for large bottles is limited by this. (as I am short and can't put things on the very top shelf.

I like my Samsung frig lot of space ,my old frig was small.
