We rated the Samsung frig as fair. There is far less usable space than advertised. There are large amounts of space that’s not usable due to large gaps between shelves in the main compartment and doors. The space in the left door shelves is smaller than most condiment bottles. We rated the Best Buy delivery “Extremely, Very Poor”. Our new frig was damaged due to poor handling. The delivery people were very unfriendly and it was clear they did not want to be there. To add the difficulties they didn’t speak very good English. We would not and cannot, in good conscience, recommend Best Buy for any large purchase

Going from a French Door Fridge/2 Drawer Freezer, I took a chance on an all French Door option, and I LOVE IT!!!! The French Doors on the bottom for the freezer are SO much easier to organize food and access what you need quickly. Also, I wanted something without handles as we have kids and the handles always got yucky and gross. This option is a lot nicer and easier to clean. The only negative is the Fingerprint resistant area is JUST around the pockets to open - the rest of the front of the appliance is NOT FINGERPRINT resistant and shows up just like any other stainless steel appliance. But it's so easy to clean that I don't mind at all.

We love this fridge/ freezer combo. We chose it cuz it was a new and different design. It's been a few months and so far it's been working out really well for us. No problems/ concerns.

I have had this refrigerator for a little over a month and I am very impressed. It is a solid product and surpasses any refrigerator I have previously owned. The french doors make it easy to get items in and out, and you do not have to open both doors to get what you need. The flex zone is an outstanding feature that we immediately utilized. The freezer and flex zone have slide out shelves which are very convenient. The refrigerator is larger than I expected and I had to remove my front door to get it inside the house. So if you have tight spaces, this model may not be the right one for you. But I am very happy with the purchase.

The handle needs to get used to. I now have to use a different hand to open the door. When opening right side I have to use left handle, but then I need to let the door go and turn left to face the inside. Can't say anything about the ice maker, because I know that there are usually issues with it, but I don't care, because I don't use it. Besides that there are tons of space for extended family. Love 4 doors and flex zone. The space is very functional and customizable. I would definitely recommend this fridge and would buy it again (on black friday sale).

Love the fact that you have the option to use part of it as a refrigerator or freezer. Storage space at the bottom is ideal. Although I wish the top shelf would be a bit higher.

This fridge is awesome very little to no problems. Pros: lots of space. I like my fridge full. Hasn't happened yet. Can find everything quickly. Lots of light. No problem with the ice machine. Cons: doesn't fully crush the ice. DON'T REALLY CARE. But at 34° I expect water to be very nice and cold. Not happening. Says fingerprint resistant but it's not true. Keep a rag next to the fridge. Overall love it.

We have only had it for a week or so but we really like the 4 doors and really love the drawer in the freezer so you can see everything you have! We bought the Samsung because they offer the 5 year warranty on sealed systems in the fridge and not just the 1 year like everyone else.

I love all the features of this fridge! Very spacious, clean, flex-zone capability, water filer, and an ice maker. It's the ultimate fridge for anyone's needs.

This is an awesome fridge very spacious. The only little problem that I can live with it is not fully cruising the ice. Not a big deal at all for me. Thanks BEST BUY.

Awesome large refrigerator. It’s beautiful and looks great in our kitchen. I would definitely suggest measuring doorways before purchase, as we had to do some minor construction to get it in the house. But the storage capacity is awesome and it cools and makes ice quickly.

Looks beautiful, but the ice maker is a horrible design. Ice gets wedged in it all the time. I usually keep our ice maker off until we run out, so the pic is after the ice maker has been on for less than a week (yep. I forgot to monitor it like a hawk). Unless you love to defrost your ice maker every two weeks, stay away from this one. I’ve tried every fix that I can online and nothing has worked. I will never buy a Samsung refrigerator again.
