We have really enjoyed our new refrigerator. It has all the space we need, is very attractive and the different levels of temperatures is a real plus. Hopefully we will eventually learn how to access all of the features (there are a bunch of them).

The only complaint I can come up with is that the ice maker part that is on the left door takes up room where the shelves are. It leaves one shelf with a skinny area that only a few certain items will fit. Basically nothing bigger than a small size mason jar. Other than that, I am loving the room and the way it is designed to take advantage of it.

Went from a GE Profile to this Samsung fridge and was overly impressed with its internet capabilities and the amount of space. The only downfall is that we now buy twice as many groceries to fill it but we at least get to listen to Pandora when we are putting the groceries away. Highly recommended.

My fridge is the coolest, hands down. I can play Pandora, make phone calls, watch tv, read news, etc. It's downright amazing. Worth every penny

Great Fridge. I wouldn't have purchased it full price due to cost, but on sale it is fantastic. The features are cool. My wife puts on Pandora radio when she is in the kitchen. We always check the weather in the morning. I downloaded the Samsung Smart Home app for the appliance. I thought it didn't do much, until one day I get a message on my smart phone - fridge door open. So I called my wife and asked her to check the door. Sure enough, she never closed it. She asked me how I knew. I told her that I have hidden cameras all over the house and so she shouldn't bring her boyfriend over! She laughed, then I told her the truth. So far it is awesome. I am a bit worried about the screen going bad because all fridge controls are there. But so far so good. The only reason I gave it a 4 on features is because the pictures don't render to the full screen. They appear too small. What's up with that?

Love this! Ice (cubes or crushed) cold water dispenser, divided drawers for organizing, awesome interior lighting, not to mention the notepad, phone and wi-fi access for recipes and music!

Researched this for over a year to find just the right box..BestBuy fnally hit the price point on the fourth of July sale. Beat out Home Depot even with a 10% military discount. I am not tech savvy and this was great. Easy to setup and use. I check in wiith the refrigerator every morning for weather and latest headlines even before my first cup of coffee. It has the wow factor.

Epicurious app stopped working a few days after my fridge was delivered. I contacted Samsung they said it was a problem with the app. I think it's their problem for not providing a more universal platform I.e. Android. Also tv input had to be on component for tv to work. Almost everything is hdmi now they should accommodate it.

I'm the envy of the neighborhood with this fridge. Only 2 things I'd change. More space for taller items and area for butter.

This fridge is large and beautiful. My touch screen stopped working. I bought the warranty through geek squad (which is a joke) and they won’t fix it. They tried to send a repair guy from my town and he doesn’t work on Samsung’s. After hours upon hours on the phone we gave up and just can’t use the screen on it. Super annoying to pay that much to have it broken

Great product, pleased with my purchase, however some of the apps requires specific home in order to use some apps.

The 4 door Samsung was wonderful until the water, ice and fan died after only 3 years. I had my last frig for 15 years and is still performing well. I had an extended warranty so it was repaired in a week's time. That was too long. I would recommend with a caveat and explanation.

Love this refrigerator. The second drawer is perfect for drinks when grandchildren are over. Listening to Pandora on it makes cooking and cleaning so much more enjoyable.

My wife, kids, and I searched a lot among several fridges out there in the market; although it was a hard decision to make, we definitely believe picking up this fridge model it was the best selection we could have been done!

We bought this refrigerator because we are techies who are in the middle of a kitchen remodel. We wanted our kitchen to have a more contemporary look with the appliances to match, so this refrigerator was a great choice for us. We have a fairly small kitchen, so we were worried about it being too large for the space, but it looks great! We love the space inside and all of the apps to play with on the outside!

I love my refrigerator looks excellent in my kitchen. Only thing that would make it perfect would be bluetooth :)

We shopped around at a lot of places before finally selecting this fridge. We had some delivery issues but Best Buy stepped up and fixed the problem. This fridge is beautiful and holds a lot of food. Highly recommend.

Great refrigerator but Water coming out of dispenser is not very cold.

I needed a new refrigerator and when I saw this model on display I shock about the electronic app screen and all the features.
