The refrigerator functions well in terms of cooling; however the 3 star is because of the touchscreen part. The touchscreen is a total failure. At least the previous version RF4289HARS had Picasa built in for photo share and this does not even have it. The AP news frequently gives "Disconnected from server" message.

I enjoy this fridge, the only issue is making sure the doors close completely

I bought this frig because I like Samsung products and the unique tablet like monitor on the door, you can check the weather and headline news right on your frig door.

This fridge is great unless you want to watch TV on it and you have a 2015 or newer television. I purchased this model so I would have a small TV in the kitchen but there is a glitch and it does not connect....apparently my TV is too new I was told by customer service! Samsung needs to fix this asap!!!

There's plenty of room in this fridge to store food for a large family and the LCD interface is a neat little addition to the fridge. I'm satisfied with this purchase.

My husband and I are very happy with the refrigerator especially with with feature of the tablet already attached to the fridge. My husband and I enjoy the radio pandora.

Absolutely love this fridge. Only negative was that online our old stainless steel, you can see all of the finger prints on this one. Tons of space and very quiet

Got this frig due to the display on the door. Advertising there is a cooking app and pandora is what sold me. Pandora worked and the cooking app didn’t. Had wi fi problem and customer support failed my multi times. The frig makes cracking noises in which you can watch on YouTube

It works very well with plenty of space and is well lit. It makes a popping sound every once in a while that is pretty loud. It is very random and normally at night when we aren't using it. Otherwise very good refrigerator and freezer.

I couldn't pick a better refrigerator for that price. My kids love it.

This is my first refrigerator and wanted to get one that has all the latest features that one would like to have. Its just about over a week and I like it so far.

This refrigerator is sleek, spacious and absolutely fantastic. The screen on the door is highly interactive and work super. Best appliance I've ever had!

Really a great fridge. I purchased it when BB had it on sale. So the value was incredible! I had the previous model and would still be using it if my house had not burned down :-( [no fault of the fridge] The apps are cool and I like to read the news highlights when filling a glass of water. The freezer holds enough for our family of 5. The flex compartment [Middle Drawer] that can be used to hold anything from drinks to meat is super useful and easy for the younger kids to open and grab snacks\drinks.
