We like it what we pay for, Touch screen does not satisfied

Great refrigerator. Compartment organization is great . Icemaker storage box is a little small however haven't used it enough to know if it will keep up yet. It is very quiet we hardly notice it's on when it's running.

I am extremely pleased with this purchase. It looks great, the water is cold from the door dispenser and it makes a great amount of ice.(We haven't run out yet). My only comments would be that I would like more room for taller items, but we make due. I won't ever go back to a side by side. Samsung makes a great refrigerator.

I purchased this fridge as an open box item since I got ~$1000 discount in March 2016. In the 3 months since I had this, I have called the Geek Squad 3 times already. First, the water was leaking from the dispensor. Second, the control screen just froze and had to be replaced. Last, the ice machine stopped and had to be replaced. I am not feeling very confident that this expensive fridge will last me for 10 years as my 15 year old KitchenAid fridge is still going strong in my garage.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. It has weather, phone, pandora and the news on the door. Works great and I love the layout.

This product is huge & great for younger kids with the flex door. The one downfall is that all of the features aren't updated properly. I purchased a Samsung Smart TV to sync with my fridge, however my smart tv is TOO SMART for my fridge. You also have to have a Samsung phone to use the fridge phone feature.

I really do love my new Samsung Refrigerator, but I'm disappointed that I have to have the touch screen replaced already and I've only had it for a month.

So far it is great and Touch screen is awesome and more room latest design. Separate temperature control. Looks cool.

Well made refrigerator with lots of storage room!!

My experience was positive from the beginning. Staff went out of their way helping me decide what type of refrigerator I needed then finding me the best possible price. They then worked with me to get 0% financing and set up delivery. The employees who delivered and installed my refrigerator went far above and beyond expectations and honestly more than I would have done if I were delivering the item. All my experiences were excellent and exceeded my expectations.

Everything about it is great. It's quiet, spacious, great color. Love it

This is a really great refrigerator. Has way more space than I expected, especially in the freezer.

Overall very nice fridge. Wish there was more room on the inside as the ice maker takes up valuable fridge space. Built in screen allows us to store receipes, take notes, view the weather, news, streamline music from pandora.

The only complaint I have is that every single finger print shows. My last stainless fridge did not do this. Other than that I love the flexibility of moving the shelves and the ease of removing them if needed. The chiller drawer in the middle is very convenient.

I love this refrigerator and it's capabilities. Love the touchscreen and it is easy to operate.

There are so many bells and whistles on certain appliances these days, some of which are silly, but some make good sense. This refrigerator has just enough but not too much. I love the two drawers: one freezer and one whatever you want it to be. I bought this as an open box and I think that's a brilliant way to purchase. Highly recommend.
