Leaked water and would not connect on-line! Very poor unit, however Best Buy did replace it with a better performing similar unit!

I returned this. Monitor didn't work at all...right when they deliver it. Can't change refrigerator & freezer temperatures. Unfortunately, the delivery people can't take it back with them. Have to go back to the store and re-order a different model and have to wait days for delivery again.

The drawer with the selectable temps is the best feature. We also really like the fact we can put gallon milk jugs on the door. Of course, the sheer size of the unit is a big advantage.

We purchased the fridge from Best Buys. The decision was made with help of a very good sales person. Normally we couldn't get any help and the first sales person was horrible. The fridge works great and has plenty of room. The delivery and set up were completed professionally.

I paid 200 bucks more for this one because it had the display and I am glad I did! I can look at pictures, and first thing in the morning I check weather and news updates ! I can connect my Tv to it while I am in the kitchen . What's not to love about that!

The unit is an excellent refrigerator but the WI FI still needs some refining. There should should be APPS for TV hookups as well as for use with smartphones other than Samsung.

So much room in this frig, I have room for everything! Freezer is so large I don't even need to put some of my stuff in the garage frig! Love my Samsung frig.

We have had this refrigerator for over a month now and no issues. We are very pleased with it.

I've had this refrigerator for almost 5 years. Got the extended warranty. Technicians have been out multiple times to fix the ice maker. Replaced all components some twice. Even installed the Samsung fix that is supposed to fix the problem. Still every one to two weeks it quits making ice because it freezes up. I will never buy another Samsung refrigerator with this kind of ice machine. It is poorly designed. All the techs that have come to my house say this is a common problem. Thank you for letting me vent. I'm sure there is someone out there that has never had a problem with theirs. Something to be thankful for.

It's perfect for my teenage daughter who loves Pandora & amazing weather bugs!! Very easy to operate & very easy to clean the inside of the fridge!!! Very good lighting too!!! Fantastic innovation fr. Samsung & my Best fridge I ever had!!!!!

Best part is that my wife loves it. I love the Pandora but it should have had android on it

Excellent service. Took out the old one and brought in the new hooking everything up and then explained everything to me.

Bought an out of the box floor model. So far it has met my expectations. Unlike other reviewers, I have not had any issue with the ice or water leaks, etc.. It runs great and even alerted me once when the door was left open.

Love love love this refrigerator. Amazing features for the price i paid. It has an 8” Wi-Fi enabled LCD touch screen that can access the Web, apps and more. I can easily connect my phone and play tv on the screen.

Great fridge overall but the kicker is it needs samsung s5 to pair for YouTube n Ect

Keeps food cold. Dispenses water and ice. Bright lights inside. It randomly dings but Samsung doesn't know why

I purchased this model after my LG kept freezing my food in the refrigerator. I love this refrigerator, it works well, fits everything I need. Has the extra drawer for deli, drinks etc and this is a great feature

only complant icemaker is slow when filling glass.i have allways had good service with Samsung products.
