My wife and I love our decision to buy this fridge. It's extremely technologically advanced, plays pandora, and has epicurious for easy recipe access.

I like this refrigerator lot but there is no temp control for water and sometimes door feels heavy . Space wise it is awesome. Best of samsung refrigerator.

the refrigerator works great, even though the ice bin is a little small. The screen is a nice add, wish it would work with more than just Samsung products.

Love it, so much room but doesn't take much more space than our older one, was upset that the front isn't magnetic but we just stick stuff on the sides. the only major issue was the delivery and such major mess love the fridge though, got it at a great open box price

This Samsung with the smart screen is easy to operate, and makes going to the refrigerator a pleasure. The overall size, adjustable sliding glass shelf for tall containers. Well worth the cost a great value.

I LOVE THIS REFRIDGERATOR! Best Buy had an amazing price on this fridge and i could pass it up. Tv on it is very cool for checking out the news and even chatting with the loved one. Tons of room inside and the middle drawer is extremely handy! Great fridge overall

I've only had this fridge for a month but so far I'm happy. I love the amount of space it has I only wish there was more room for tall items.

Plenty of convenient storage space and the slide out refridgerator door is great for yogurts, fresh fruits and other quick to access snack type foods. Good capacity ice maker and efficient freezer drawer

It has always been my dream to own a smart refrigerator with the double door fridge, extra drawer and pull out freezer. This smart refrigerator has gone above and beyond my expectations. I love it.

I really love my new fridge. I get so many compliments. All the apps works perfectly with the Samsung phone and TV. When I'm cleaning the house, I turn on Pandora. The speakers are great as well.

This refrigerator is absolutely stunning! It's very big so you need a big kitchen but it will definitely hold all of your food and garner a ton of compliments! I haven't even plugged it in yet so I can only imagine the attention once the screen is on!

Love the in door display and the functions of the fridge. Very quite. Cold drawer to keep meats and cold cuts is great.

I've only been using the fridge for a week but so far it's been awesome. I love them middle drawer probably the best, being able to change what goes in there and move the divider around to fit what is in the drawer is a great benefit.

My guests love this fridge. It's all they want to talk about. I like the size. After a major grocery run, this thing still looks empty. Very bright inside. I love reading the AP news reports and weather forecasts when I'm fetching water for the Keurig. The middle drawer really is used more than I thought it would be. Very energy efficient feature. I hardly ever hear it running. And when it does run, it's so quiet. The Pandora feature made me chuckle. If this fridge had an audio output for amplified speakers I'd give it a sixth star.

This item was purchased in June 2014. I enjoy the separate doors. The LCD tablet on the front is more of a gimmick, but I have used it to play music from Pandora a few times. My biggest problem started about a year after I purchased the refrigerator. Whenever I went to get ice, the ice dispenser would spit out water first and spill down the front of the refrigerator. The water was coming out because it was collecting on the inside of the dispenser (it can be seen when the door is open). The ice then started coming out small, almost crushed, and tended to get slushy over time. Within two years of purchase, I became fed up with it and started searching the Internet. It appears there is a known problem with the ice maker; specifically the control board with is about $150 item. This problem has to do with the defrost cycle in the ice maker. During a defrost cycle water drips into the dispenser (hence the water issue) and then the ice maker developes ice accumulation inside the ice maker. The defrost cycle problem also causes the ice in the ice bin to partially melt and then refreeze. If dispensed when refrozen it comes out slow and almost as if it has been crushed. If it is dispensed during a defrost cycle, it comes out like slushy ice. Samsung has released a technical service bulletin but it has not been made widely known to the public, except for one forum that posted a bootleg copy. I contacted Samsung technical support in October 2016. They told me that it was out of warranty but I explained this has been going on for quite awhile and that it was a known problem with Samsung. The customer service representative provided me with a service ticket number and gave my a special email and requested I send pictures showing the problem, which I did. In December of 2016, I still have not heard back from Samsung so I emailed them again, with additional pictures along with my service ticket number. It is January 2017 and I still have not heard back from Samsung. I am not happy with Samsung (they used to be good) and I will no longer be purchasing any Samsung related projects until this ice maker problem is resolved. Samsung no longer stand behind their products. I should not have to purchase a Best Buy extended protection plan on something as simple as this. I am pleased with Best Buy, but this is a Samsung issue. Time to go defrost my $2500 ice maker with a hair dryer.

This fridge has been great so far. Clean looking and the shelves adjust to fit just about anything. Quiet most of the time. The ice maker is slightly noisy when freezing the water but veru quiet overall. The wifi is nice to have.

I have only had this a few weeks, but I absolutely love it! It is so organized and the middle drawer is great to hold snacks, sodas and even wine. No problems yet and so glad I made the purchase! My Christmas present to me!!!

This refrigerator is really neat. It has 4 doors, including a drawer with four settings, for most used items. Freezer holds a great amount of food, and the fridge is huge. The LCD screen is fun to use, with several apps provided.

I had been researching refrigerators for a while before purchasing this one. I love it! The separate deli drawer is really convenient. The option of listening to Pandora is also very handy. I highly recommend this fridge.

It was a pleasant addition to our kitchen. I do like the LCD (mini wanna be tablet) feature. However, now that we have it and the novelty of the LCD has worn off, I do wish it did have more functionality and features. Trust me, I have no complaints of the unit. It is a great design, functions perfectly, and makes me happy each time I open the door. However, now that the honeymoon phase is over, I do wish for more... call me spoiled. However, I do feel like it was worth the "on sale" price of $2,499 but definitely not worth the retail price of $3,599.
