opened the box,set it up,turned it on. the screen was cracked. took back to best buy,sorry can't help you,call samsung.called samsung.sorry can,t help you,take it back to retailer. 200 dollars down the drain

We have a number of Samsung TV's which we love. We had an older TV die and wanted to replace it so Samsung was our first choice. The one that died was a 32". Since it was for a bedroom we thought we would go a little smaller with the 28". We ordered online and it was out of stock, but it came back in stock within a few days and we picked it up at one of the local stores(after about a week waiting for it to arrive). We brought it home and set it up right away. WHAT A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Yes we set it up correctly and without any problem. Our older HD's have a much better picture than this LED. Picture was hazy and color not good (yes we did the proper adjustments) and the sound also not good. We were stunned. We took it back the next day. This is definitely an inferior model.

It was very difficult to mount the TV because of the awkward placement of the mounting holes. I had to search for a bracket that would fit and not block the HDMI and other connections

The TV quality is great, however the 'smart tv' features take a little getting used to. It seems pretty slow and takes a while to get started.

Great video but bad audio since speaker is on bottom of the set and is directed downward. Perhaps the added purchase of an external sound bar would help.

I am not in need of a smart tv. Did not realize it was one. over all I am happy with it though the color is not as good as some.

This Tv it’s just affordable for the money , the quality of image I’ll say it’s average .

Bought this tv during a black friday event and I'm fairly satisfied for what I paid for. However, there isn't enough good smart apps available, it takes the smart tv time to load and connect to the internet when it should be no time, and now my screen mirroring doesn't work. If you just want to use this for Netflix, it does the trick but I wouldn't buy this tv unless you get a really good price on it.
