its a tv what can I tell you ? it has a screen and a remote and if you plug it in and have cable you may get a program or not.

Great screen and picture but frustrating and poor sound quality and volume.

There are only 2 HDMI inputs and not one for audio input from an older computer.

The first one we ordered arrived with a broken screen. Getting someone to talk to about our problem was a problem in and of itself. Finally, I asked for the store manager and after a long wait on the phone he took care of us. Customer service (other than store managers) is not a strong point of Best Buy

This tv is not any different from any other TV. Just an everyday ordinary tv

This TV is great for my kitchen; good size not too big, easy to hook up including the Smart Hub to my wireless, effortless. It's nice being a smart TV at this smaller size which is hard to come by. Sound isn't bad for a small set either. All in all a good deal especially when on sale.

only 720 I was told because of the size (28") that was the highest resolution I could get Picture isn't as sharp as my HD 1080 I see the difference in picture quality

Takes very long to load. Limited programs available for free.

I set it all up and it does not work. I called cable company and for an hour they talked me through everything to do to get it to work. They said to contact where I bought it, because if they have to send a cable tech to the location, it will cost a minimum of $85. I don't know what to do. Please help me.

Have not hooked up the smart part yet but even without it, I just love this TV. Great picture and sound and just the right size for my small apartment. It has a wonderful directory for even antenna TV, which is what I have. I figure it will only get better once I get the smart stuff hooked up.

While I am pleased with the size (good for a bedromm tv), and the picture and sound are good quality, there is a lag in response compared to my other Smart TV. The tv needs to "prepare" before you are able to switch to the smart features, which takes up to 5 minutes, then there is a lag in pushing a button on the remote and the tv responding. It's a good tv, and I am pleased with it for the most part, however the smart feature is not on par with my other tv.

Out of the box TV would not connect to cable and at times wouldn't turn on. Had Xfinity check it out to verify problem was TV.

We purchased 2 of these. One for my daughter's room and one for the master bath. Great TV, nice picture, easy to maneuver between online and regular tv, etc. The only complaint I have it tends to time out when streaming. We have worked around this by pushing from the phone.

It has a very good picture but not the best sound. It works well for a small room say 12 by 12 but not much bigger if you want to turn it up louder. I really like smart tv feature for tracking stock news etc

I purchased this for a birthday present. This television, albeit only a 720p/60hz television, has an excellent picture. Some of the remote functions are a little confusing, but the on-screen manual helps. All-in-all, this is a solid television, even with the price.

I bought this model only to find out that I needed something bigger. I had this for a day and was not that impressed. It did have snags setting up, or perhaps it was me being "unsmart" dealing with a Smart TV for the first time(?). I had some issues with the apps and that was promptly dealt with the Samsung guys online. I chatted with someone who solved the problem for me and I started setting up everything else. WI-FI is a great blessing 'cause it relieves you from all the wires running here and there and if you have the router nearby, you will get great service. Just be sure to choose the right package/plan from your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Picture quality good,sound not the best but ok. Only irritating thing about it is the start up; it takes at least a minute to "get prepared" and then you can access the apps. Otherwise it's a good one for a beginner.
