The only downfall is the speed of the smart hub and internet. I wouldn't want to use this to surf the internet, which you can do. But, it isn't a PC it's a TV.

I got a dud

The TV was supposed to be for him to play his PS4 and watch netflix. However, from the day he opened it, on Christmas day, we've had problems. It sometimes connects to the Internet. It sometimes connects to his PS4. We called Samsung, and they told us to update the TV. However, we can't update the TV bec it won't allow it. We should have brought this TV back at the first sign of trouble. We could've gotten a bigger, better, NON-SMART TV and bought an Amazon TV stick for $30. You live and you learn.

Great TV for study

Excellent TV - HDMI connection with very good sound and pic. Also has a strong tuner for OTA. Plenty of built-in apps, as well. Was on sale so price was an added bonus.

Love the technology

Great TV, but not for bedroom
