Great refrigerator! So big and keeps everything cool. The only thing I don’t like is you can’t keep the door open for a long time . If you do this bell start’s ringing in less then a minute. Overall it’s a great roomy refrigerator.

Its huge, quiet, and looks great! I'm already saving money on my electric bill because it's so efficient!

Our refrigerator was no longer getting cold but the freezer continued to work. We tried fixing it installing a new fan motor, still nothing. We needed to get a replacement sooner than later due to leaving for a business trip. Found this on Best Buy website. Best purchase made. Looking to upgrade all of our appliances, we will be buying from Best Buy again

This fridge is working very well, I’m glad I bought it. the space is great for the our family and it’s very easy to use I just need to figure out how to clean some other parts but I’m very happy with this purchase

Wonderful refrigerator! Much roomy than we thought. The ice maker and drawers in the freezer are so handy and easy to access.

Now this was the refrigerator of my dreams! Very spacious very smart design of drawers and space. The soft close doors are awesome! The amazingly spacious bottom drawer freezer is set up with super easy sliding drawers / compartment. Love the black stainless steel color! The inside the fridge ice maker is a plus after the door version didn't work out for me. I am very pleased with our new fridge I can't say enough about my new appliance I smile every time I look at and even more when I open the door :)

Love the amount of space you get. Ice maker doesnt take up too much pace. Very roomy and great for large families.

The refrigerator is working very well and I am very satisfied. Hopefully continues to perform this well throughout its lifetime. It's got a very large and spacious refrigerator though the freezer is not as large as our side by side was, so if you need to have a large freezer and a large refrigerator considered buying a separate freezer in addition to this refrigerator. Or just buy a side by side refrigerator . The finish on the refrigerator is also extremely nice and makes the fridge look like it's very high-end.

I’ve had my Samsung refrigerator for a few weeks and it is great. Lots of space. It is very quite. I never hear it run. If you have the doors open to long the alarm beeps. I would recommend buying this frig.

shelf adjustment is HORRIBLE. I can't fit a gallon of milk on any of the shelves. If I move the bottom shelf up 1 it goes up to close to the top shelf and the top shelf doesn't go up any higher. The only thing I can now fit between the top shelf and bottom shelf is like a carton of eggs. They took an already good shelf track system from years ago and made it WORSE. Stop reinventing the wheel. My house drinks lotta milk so 6 gallons of milk is common on 1 shelf in my old fridge but I'd be afraid to put 6 gallons on these shelves. Yes, I know the doors have gallon storage. It's not as cold on the door. The next issue is the top drawer in the freezer just rides on the bottom drawer and is very flimsy. it doesn't like to stay on the top. ok now the good IT'S HUGE. It cooled down SUPER fast to 37 and 0. black stainless is awesome LET'S SUM THIS UP bring back the old METAL style shelf bracket system on BOTH sides of the shelf for better shelf adjustment. make the bottom drawer a slot to ride in so it can't fall off the lower drawer I didn't hook the water line up yet so I can't comment on the ice maker

Everything is great with this refrigerator. Excellent size, very quiet, easy to adjust shelves, and easy to clean.

So much more room than our old fridge, and I love the bottom freezer. It is fingerprint-resistant. Some reviewers have mentioned that it's a bit noisy, but I haven't experienced it. Will definitely recommend it.

We love our Samsung refrigerator. It's so big in size. So much room inside to put food everywhere. The french doors are amazing too. Love the freezer on the bottom. You gotta get one also love the price too.

Very good fridge. Simple of use and functional. Much better than the Kenmore fridge (same French door category and same size) that broke down only after 6 years of use.

This refrigerator is much better than my previous frig. I had a different brand side-by-side that was more trouble than it was worth. This refrigerator is far more convenient than a side-by-side frig. All of the items are at eye level. The freezer seems to have more room also because there is nothing hidden behind something else. I hope that Samsung has better quality control than my previous brand because I really like the layout. Oh, and no finger prints. We feel the price was great for what we got and Best Buy installation was awesome also.

This was truly a great experience shopping with Best Buy. We had purchased a fridge and stove from a different company, and sat waiting for two months, and it still didn't arrive. We ended up canceling that order since we couldn't wait any longer. We found this fridge at Best Buy, which was a better quality, and cheaper price than the original, and are so glad we did!! The quality is top notch, cleans up so easily, is a great size. The communication from Best Buy about the delivery scheduling was excellent. Highly recommend!
