Q: What is the depth with the doors and freezer drawer removed (for narrow delivery)?

A: Our doors were narrow also, but they were able to take the doors off of the fridge to make it fit.

Q: I assume I can turn the ice maker completely off? I don't plan on hooking this up to a water line. Is that ok? I just want to use the ice space as freezer space.

A: We never hooked up our ice maker either since we have hard water. The ice maker is still attached in the freezer we just use the bin underneath to store things. We have not had any problems with this.

Q: Does this have an internal water dispenser? I see a water filter and ice maker but I don't see detail for a water dispenser.

A: This model does not dispense water.

Q: I need the old refrigerator hauled away. I don't see where to click on the fee for that.

A: When you check out, you will be asked if you want haul-away and/or installation.

Q: Is there a way to move this refrigerator without emptying the contents? We recently bought one, and once the leveling legs are down, it cannot be moved without a very complicated process. Most refrigerators will roll. This one DOES NOT!!!

A: The refrigerator does have wheels on the bottom. You can lower the wheels to the floor by turning the leveling legs with a flat-head screwdriver to the right. Thank you for being a Samsung customer! ^Lena

Q: Can the delivery persons remove just the 3 handles so that the refrigerator can be brought in through my door? My widest entry is 34”.

A: I'm so sorry for the confusion, Pw! Yes, this model does have an automatic ice maker in the freezer compartment. However, it does not have an external dispenser, and the ice would need to be manually removed from the bucket. ^Jecca

Q: Can the doors to the refrigerator be made to open wider. You can only pull the drawers about half way out before they hit the doors.
