Samsung's black refrigerator is a grey verion that turned out to not match the shiny black of our other appliaces. Not a show stopper, but beware. Refrigerator arrived with dents in one of the doors. Even though documented by installer, still had to have someone else come out to inspect to order a replacement door. Part number mismatch at Samsung required that new door to be returned and another ordered. Pro: cooled very rapidly to set temps. Quiet (aside from ice dumping in the bin, which it keeps filled). Spacious fridge and freezer.

Early June we purchased our refrigerator for our new home. Prior to our purchase I conducted my own personal reserach on this refrigerartor and even price compared with other stores. So the day of our purchase I knew was the refrigerator. We have been nothing but happy with it since! There's so much space I love that when kids leave the frig door open it makes a sound for us to close it. We made a great choice for a good price!

I had previously purchased a Samsung 3-door French door fridge , but with ice/water dispense in front door. I have had that product since 2018, and like its capacity, access, and freezer's floor location. When our family home suddenly needed replacing, I looked for price on similar fridge , but was shocked to see price increase by over $850 dollars in less than 3 years. So I settled on this model without ice/water in the door, expecting to have the same reliability as 2018 purchase. Fortunately, though Lowes and Best Buy compete for lowest price standing, Best Buy's 3 day availability including delivery sealed the deal!! No decision was easier to make when you have no place to refridgerate nor keep frozen all of your food. Great product availability and delivery service!!

Awesome Refridgerator. Keeps everything nice and cool. Lots of room to keep all your groceries in. And definitely love the ice maker at the corner of the freezer. Well worth the price

So far has been an excellent purchase, lots of space, super quiet and the fingerprint-resistant is absolutely amazing, I have a toddler, and be able to keep the fried clean is fantastic.

Love the fridge. Lots of space. Drawer for soft drinks is handy. Freezer holds more than enough. Love the ice in the freezer and not on the door, less messy.

I'm in love with this refrigerador. It has tons of space and it's super easy to access everything in it. Best part is that I don't have to worry about hand prints on it. Really a great deal.

I wish I could get one without the water filter and ice maker, but this is the best fridge I think there is, if you don't want to use those things. The ice maker takes up very little room in the freezer, and it can be turned off. It does mean you don't quite get the full height of the freezer on the left side where the ice comes out, but this takes up FAR less room than the old fridge we replaced. The lights are the bluish LED bulbs, and I can't find any mention of them in the manual so I guess we keep them instead of changing to the customary appliance bulb. We bought a white model, and had to wait 8 months for it. The body is a textured metal, but the doors are smooth. Kinda weird that they don't match. The right door had a plastic film when delivered, but the left door and freezer door didn't, so we are still (three weeks later) pulling off bits of adhesive residue where stickers were put directly on the appliance instead of on film. NOT THRILLED with that. Why did they have to put the 12" square instructions for removing the doors (if needed) to get in the house, on the left front fridge door? It is NOT wanting to come off. Other than that, we are so happy. We didn't even know the delivery guy had plugged it in - it runs so quiet that we couldn't even tell it was on!

After a month, the refri has worked great.I put down one star because the doors are not leveled at the top. Not sure how to make them to look even.I lobe the fact that this refri is still a classic model with no beverage feature. The more complicated a refri is the more susceptible to fail. Just keep it simple. Refri is a refri, not a beverage center.

Love the double sided fridge and pull out freezer. So much room for items

We love our new refrigerator. It’s very roomy, with well organized shelves and storage. Runs quiet and keeps everything at the right temperature. Couldn’t be happier!

Has been a solid fridge with tons of space! The plastic inside scrathes pretty easy so beware of that!

great refrigerator, nice design and capacity, super quiet. the unit holds a lot both in the upper and lower portions. its a very efficient unit. i would buy again.
