Love the fridge. Tons of space. No in door water or ice, but you get more shelf space instead, which is more important to me. It won’t make ice for the first 12 hours or so so don’t worry. Give it 24 hours before you change any of the temps, and then only adjust a degree or two at a time if you’re going colder, then let it set for 6 hours before adjusting more.

My wife just loves this Samsung French 3 door. The delivery was smooth, quick and efficient. Less than an hour with haul-away. The all around cooling is awesome. Be sure to leave adequate space around the appliance, at the back (4") and sides (2") especially if you're installing it into cabinet enclosure. If you do not have good air circulation, It is like driving your car in the summer with cardboard covering the radiator. We did not hook up the ice maker either, I vaccumm the coils annually, (a must with pets) and I clean under and around it for efficiency. I do not want to have to worry about disconnecting the waterline or leaks on the wood flooring. But that's just me, I tend to get 20 plus years out of my refrigerators. I'm a retired maintenance mechanic of 50 years, that's why! The price is excellent. Our Amana is turning 20 this October, cost the same as this one 20 yrs. ago. That went down in the basement as an overflow. Beer, soda, water etc. The haul-away was a French Door side by side and was just to hard to organize with the same cu.ft. Kept loosing things in it! The LED lighting is super bright, the whole upper fridge is easy to organize and the bottom freezer drawer is easy to open and organize as well. Get yourself a remote thermometer to check against the digital thermostat so you know you have adequate ventilation around the appliance. Ours (2 months old now) work flawlessly. If you need a new fridge, you won't go wrong with this one. Also, we are TotalTech members, so with that, there is additional warranty and free haul-away and service, we call Geek squad and they take care of everything FYI, Worth it! That's all I got. The rest is up to you.

I love our refrigerator! It's spacious and budget friendly. I will recommend for families on a budget or just looking to upgrade to new appliances.

I am so pleased with my new refrigerator! My old one just did not have any room, 18 cu. ft. total, so when i bought groceries there were times when I wanted something but couldn’t get it because i had no room. That is no longer the case! It keeps everything cooled to the same temperature whuch i also really like as that was not the case with the old fridge. I’ve had this refrigerator since August and can not find anything negative to say about it, it meets all my needs. Thank you Samsung for a quality product!

After purchasing this refrigerator about 18 months, it works great. It is very quiet and uses much less energy comparing to our previous one. The only drawback I have so far is the fact that both door have to be opened in order to access the dairy drawer.

we had a LG and never been happy with ! not to say that every drawer inside broke and it was replace twice and broke it agin Cheap plastic ! I am so happy with this samsung it is enormes inside lots room nice and quiet !! great freege for a great price !! thank you !

When I saw this product it was sold out elsewhere but when I did my searching Got it from Best Buy. Have it for a month already and is working great has lots of space for all my groceries. Happy we made this purchase. The only thing that I don't like is that even if u dont want the ice maker you still get it and it takes away from the space in the freezer. we have managed not putting anything there but all french door I've seen have this feature weather you want it or not.

The frig looks nice, has good space. The doors can hold gallons on both sides. Two negatives: Freezer door is difficult to shut. I keep worrying it is open. I think the slide bin gets stuck so you have to be careful to make sure it shuts. The inside veggie drawer does not compare with my old outside veggies drawer on my whirlpool However, price is awesome (1/2 of whirlpool) so we live with the trade offs. So far it is good and is very quiet.

Online ordering was easy. Delivery was excellent. Would have preferred bisque or white, but delivery too far out. The refrigerator is great quality with more than ample space. The ice maker makes clean, clear cubes. Very happy with this product.

Great fridge, lots of space. I was specifically looking for the one without water/ice dispenser on the door that is useless and just takes space inside. Weird door - left half has the folding middle portion which sometimes does not get back into folding position if close the right door first.

Very spacious and easy to clean. Delivery was seamless.

Being used as a second refrigerator. Very adequate size and quiet operation. The only con is that the shelf adjustment does not allow minor adjustments. The distance between adjustment notches is such that shelf heights have to be made with greater separation than desired.

This fridge is ginormous, and was exactly what we were looking for! There is so much room, it’s amazing, it’s hard to find fridges in this type without the drinking system. The functionality of it it pretty darn good, and it got cold so fast! The only thing that I can nit pick it the long slide out drawer on the bottom, I wish it was split in half, so you didn’t have to have both doors open to access it. Sometimes it’s just easier, and I have kids that don’t always tend to be so gentle, or try to take a shortcut. Overall it’s a love affair, and I’m so happy we took the step to by it.

Finally replaced our 18 yr old fridge with this Samsung fridge. It is exactly what my wife wanted. Allot more room. Got the delivery and set up. The delivery guys were great. If you get this or any fridge and have it delivered, make sure the old fridge is out of the way and the spot cleaned up. They are not allowed to move the old fridge.

We experienced some problems and replaced another Samsung fridge of the same exact outside dimensions. This inside was better in every way; 2 cu ft bigger, better organized, had clear shelves and pull out bins that let you organize and easily see everything in your fridge. Plus the water filter is in the front middle - no more getting down on the floor or moving the fridge to get to the back to replace the water filter! Plus the delivery and set-up was free, and $25 haul away of the old was well worth it. Cooled quick and has been great so far.

Like this refrigerator a lot! Huge improvement over my prior (old) Samsung. Temp controls have moved to eye level, which I like, as I am short. Refrigerator is large, light, and easily holds everything I need to put in it. Five stars!!!!

Wow, what a great refrigerator. It's super quiet and big enough to hold all of the food I needed for a big family holiday feast. It says fingerprint resistant, not fingerprint proof. Dirty little hands, still leave marks.

Had for a couple week’s now and really like it. Blows really cold and setting’s are very easy to use and there’s plenty of space.
