Its been just over a month and so far we love the new refrigerator! All the features are so convenient but still skeptical.The tablet is a useful feature and is great for keeping connected ! The ability to mirror your phone to watch your show while in the kitchen! The ability to change the other compartment to use as a freezer or a additional fridge works out oerfectly for is!

We purchased this hoping it would really be a good purchase and it has not only been great the smart features are really convenient. We love being able to see inside fridge when we’re at store so we don’t forget or overbuy something we have already. The temps are very accurate and keeps everything very fresh and neat.

I am very pleased to have this product from Samsung, especially the FLEX Zone which is the main driving factor for me to consider this. I wish they continued the 34 cu ft Chef Collection Model which was the best in my opinion.

My family loves to cook and spends a lot of time in the kitchen. We love this fridge, We can view our recipes and listen to our music when we are cooking. During the holidays I even caught up on my TV shows while baking my cookies and deserts. So glad we bought this fridge. The only problem we have is that the ice maker keeps frosting up and gets jammed.

The worst refrigerator I've ever used. Shelves are made of low-quality plastic. The ice maker is constantly covered with ice and stops working every 5,6 days. The shelves break from a light load. Also shelves are formed so that there is no access to wash them on their edges. Customer service does not value the company's reputation, does not cooperate with people. From my own bad experience, I recommend not to spend money on low-quality Samsung refrigerators !!!

I thought the salesman explained it all — viewing your fridge remotely, listening to music and uploading your photos — but even when we got it home we discovered even more nuggets of amazing features. You can view local coupons, view recipes from allrecipes.com and then add items to your shopping list. We love this purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

This is an excellent refrigerator. The kids love the music and it's super easy to keep track of your grocery list. It cooled down quickly and a wonderful extra feature is the alarm when the door is open too long. This is helpful with little ones who don't always push the doors.

One of the best purchases I have made in a long time. This fridge is more than just a fridge. I love that I can play music from the fridge when cooking and if I was watching a show upstairs and came downstairs to start cooking, it will continue playing what I was watching.

Everyone’s calendars sync to this so everyone knows what’s going on. Tons of apps available. You can do so much stuff to organize and make things easy for you. Recipes options, food delivery, Nespresso reorders, videos, music you name it. Thanks Samsung and Best Buy

I have now had the refrigerator for a month and am really happy with it. Cooling is great and consistent, fridge is spacious and fits really well in the kitchen. Apps are awesome.

Absolutely in love with the design of this fridge. The 4 doors is amazing with freezer having compartments and drawers for storage rather than a deep freezer where you just dumb everything in it. Definitely would recommend and the screen is amazing for all sorts of things.

We purchase this from local bestbuy as open-box floor model, very minor scratches in just one place..for a great price.. so far just 15 days, it works great.. every one loves it, especially the family hub with a browser.. can google anything you like right from your kitchen.. Good job Samsung :-)

I love that you can pull up recipes and things on the fridge. There is so much room and I love the flex door for putting kids snacks where I’m they can reach them but the option for freezer space if we need it. The only think I don’t care for is the set up of the freezer for finding things

I love this refrigerator however I had to raise a shelf to the point that it is almost unusable because I need to be able to hold 4 gallons of milk. The tablet is awesome I love it, and the cameras inside look cool and might come in handy one day.

So far so good. family hub is nice, but definitely can be improve (make it faster, better resolution, and increase its functionally).

I love my Samsung refrigerator its the the thing to have when you have kids an a schedule to keep up on i can see whats in side my refrigerator or i can i even see it from my phone make a list of what i need to replace, even reminders for food that has been expired.

The fridge is great but it was damaged when they brought it in. They tried to offer me money back but who pays $4,000 for a fridge and would keep it for a few hundred dollars off because someone else damaged it. I felt insulted and wanted my money back but I love this product.

bought this to replace my broken LG one over Christmas and it has been functioning flawlessly. The kids love the tablet and my wife used it for her cookbook instruction from youtube. So far the ice maker has been functioning fine despite what other reviewers have claimed.

Extremely happy with this refrigerator— remodeled and it changed the whole look of my kitchen! My kids love to play music from their playlist on it! I have a gallery of family pics that continuously display— what a conversational piece

I just received this refrigerator,,, so far so good. It is spacious and I love the fact that I get texted when door is open. Having a timer on fridge set by bixby is great...only problem is the finger prints.
