I have much more freezer space than my last refrigerator as well as the wine settings which tops it off. I have enjoyed exploring the daily recipes and look forward every day to another feature to use especially using the expiration date feature.

Today I have an issue with the ice maker for the first time. I found big chunk of ice frosted and blocking the ice dropping path. Took me less than 5 minutes to defrost using a hair dryer. It is making ice again. I am happy with the purchase.

Samsung sent an update to the unit that was installed and the touch features of the unit went dead and stopped working. The only way to get it working is with a mouse. Ive tried every fix possible and they won't fix it because my warranty expired 3 days before I finally got somebody who actually knew something to schedule a repair. This is ridiculous since I spent over a week on the phone, chat, and email with customer support before I finally got someone to actually do something. I will never buy a Samsung appliance again and I highly advise no one else does too. There are hundreds of complaints all over google with people experiencing the exact same problem. DO NOT BUY

Cool fridge!

Really like how the lower compartments can be interchanged between fridge or freezer as needed. Not sure if the cost is worth all the bells and whistles but it is pretty cool.

Not as fingerprint resistant as I was hoping for but definitely better than last stainless steel product. Also wish I had another draw for storage but overall happy

Don t waste you money

Great refrigerator for a family

It is big enough to fit everything that I need it too and also great for a smart home accessory. I can look up recipes to listening to music . I also can make a list then access it with my phone .It is a bit pricy but with all the extras it makes it a great value

I had to wait several months to finally get it delivered but it was more than worth the wait. So many cool features and is a very versatile refrigerator. So far, the quality and finish is great, I just hope that I don’t encounter any of the issues that I’ve read about.
