I Bought this refrigerator for my Daughter and she loves it

So far so good. Does what I need. The only reason for 4 star is dont understand why ice is not clear. Had it about a month and the white should have gone away.

I do not provide reviews, but feel compelled for this bad experience. Please be careful. Very frustrated of Samsung's way to address things. With it not cooling, this is now like a big cabinet with a screen on the door. Compressor and Main board got bad in less than 1 year! Since the fridge is technically the largest appliance in our kitchen and visible both dining and living room, I needed to make sure it is the best as we frequently host events with friends, family and colleagues. I purchased this fridge and was happy with it for 6months (Got it August 2017). It just fits the modern feel of our kitchet, but...... Come 02/06/2019, the fridge started smelling like it is defrosting, I contacted support and initially they said that a tech cannot visit until 02/12/2019, which is a week later!! The tech came out 2 days later instead 02/08/19 - Friday with my fridge already warm. The tech diagnosed the fridge and found out that the main board and compressor needs to be replaced. Per tech, it needs to still get approval from Samsung, which will be given the following week - hopefully 02/13/19 Wednesday. I was very upset because it will be a week that we do not have a fridge! This expensive piece of work is not even a year old and there are things that need to be replaced already?? We had to keep eating outside as we don't have spoiled food. Food was spoiled and freezer melting ice cream with meat defrosting. This means they cannot order the parts until 1 week after my issue, they will wait for it to arrive, then it takes 4-6hrs to replace the board and compressor! Very frustrating with this timeline, we may not have a fridge for mroe than 2 weeks!!! I pride my home with Samsung. I even bought the Frame 2nd version as everything should just look nice. But quality wise. I am very disappointed with their refrigerators. Especially this one!

Loved the fridge. Apps are so helpful. We can do our shopping without making the list because we can just see whats inside from anywhere. Some apps are not working as we wanted it to work.

Unique feature about this product is 4 flex doors and the down rack can be converted to freezer or normal fridge.

It’s not out of this world but it does provide some good features and apps for shopping and entertainment. It could use a better ice maker and water dispenser.

Overall is a very good refrigerator, you can access a lot of operating information. I do not like the design of the shelving, especially those on the door. You cannot adjust the height at all, and most shelves are too narrow for anything. I also do not like the ice maker system, it does not have extra storage. Fancy but not very functional

Fits like a glove in the area. I like the flexibility of converting the bottom right door into a fridge, wine cooler or leaving it as freezer. The screen is my best toy. Now i have my calendar at a glance and can listen to music or wait a photo slideshow.

Everything about this refrigerator is absolutely beautiful! The only issue I had was when it was delivered, there were missing drawers and racks. Called Samsung and they're sending out replacements. Ice maker works great but water dispenser is dispensing out white residue.

This is a super nice refrigerator. The bottom section is super convenient with the ability to be a freezer or fridge.

We are so happy with this refrigerator. We love the interactive display on it. We love that it saves images of your fridge contents. We love that it will play music and has a calendar. It is si big and we reprogrammed ine section of freezer to be a refrigerated. We love it.

This isn’t your typical type fridge that we grew up with! Very modern, slick and high tech. We love smart screen. If you utilize your phone for purchasing groceries, music, Ring and other things, this refrigerator can do it also! Great buy.

This drive has it all! It is tryely the new generation of fridges and can super simplify a busy life! Best part is makes me a better cook! The recipe apps are so cool you can literally be making meatballs and Bixby will guide you through the recipe by voice!

Read many article, research, blah,blah, don’t use the screen as much as I thought we would. Otherwise, looks and operates good. Come on Alexa APP!

We love this fridge. The sound is amazing. The app works great on the phone to see what's inside while at the store. Definitely handy when you forget an item. The finger print resistance is questionable....other than that, it's great so far.

Works perfectly as a fridge. Software is lacking. I wish there was more apps and a little better support for smart phone.

The door chrome trim is a fingerprint magnet and the screen freezes at times otherwise is a great product

I bought this fridge during the black friday event and I'm very very pleased with the product itself and its very easy installation of the Family Hub. I definitely got a big bang for my buck here
