Bought this Samsung Refrigerater along with Double ovens and electric cooktop. First 2 refrigeraters delived were damaged. Love the design of the fridge, ample capacity in both Refrigerater and freezer and drawer. The biggest issue is with the icemaker. Extremely dissapointed with it. Ice has crystals on outside of cubes and clumps together in hopper to point it will not dispense properly. When it does dispense the cubes are usually broken and spew out. Samsung technicians have been out 5 times since we bought the first fridge in August 2020. Each visit they fixed one thing after another, including replacing the icemaker and the main board. The icemaker issue has remained unchanged. Only option now is to replace the refrigerater. Love the fridge design especially the drawer but I would not recommend buying this fridge because of the icemaker issue.

I like the Samsung refrigerator because it is very large space and no sound except when it makes ice. Also fruits and vegetables are staying longer without rotten. I highly recommend it

This refrigerator has really done the job for us. We like the look of it and it has served us well. It seems really big and the in the door ice and water are great.

The Samsung refrigerator is a great addition to my other Samsung appliances. It offers a great amount of space and the size of the shelves offer lots of room. The Ice and water machine works wonderfully and quiet. I love the style and the classiness which brings a nice decor to my kitchen. It is my first four door refrigerator and I am very pleased with everything from beginning to end. Very satisfied customer.

This is an upgraded model of a 6 yr old fridge that died on us, so performance and longevity remains to be seen. We do like the features such as the ice machine and LOVE the top drawer that can be fridge or freezer if needed! We also like the temp controls being moved inside the fridge - we used to hit them accidentally, changing the temp but didn't know it until the drawer froze our pop. However, the controls are not as simple to use as now ALL the temp controls are in one place - Celsius or Fahrenheit, which section temp, the lock etc. Overall we are happy!

We absolutely LoVe our new Samsung fridge! The delivery team was Great too and even called before they delivered on time.

Overall the Frege is good and internal space is better then all other brands. Wine space is great Water dispenser could be better. Water leakage is present since new

I love this frig! It has so much room and it is so easy to control the temps. And I mean temps, there are 3 different areas.

I would have to say the fridge is a four star so far. The reviews were not the best on this fridge but it is good so far. The only complaint I have right now is the water leaks after getting ice from the ice maker. I feel like my milk is staying fresher longer compared to my old fridge. I did get the extended warranty due to the reviews of this fridge. Got my fingers crossed the reviews were wrong. I have to add Best Buy is the only place that had this in stock, everywhere else would take months to get it in. Top notch delivery service as well!!

The flexibility of the use of space in this Samsung French door fridge is outstanding! Finally have enough room for fruits and vegetables as well as meats and cheeses. The freezer is much larger and more convenient than I imagined! I am so happy I went with Samsung. The only downside is the small shelves on the door that has the ice and water dispenser. If you are looking for a new fridge with lots of storage space and you don't want to have to choose between a small fridge or a small freezer this is the one for you! You will have more space that you can imagine!

This is a fantastic refrigerator. It's BIG, but was easy to disassemble the doors and draw fronts to fit through the a smaller than usual door. The Flex draw what 4 temp settings depending on what you want to use it for.

Samsung - 28 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with FlexZone™ Drawer - Black stainless steel Purchase Date: 11/07/2021 Purchasing on line was easy and quick and delivery availability was excellent. Squad delivered and set up our new refrigerator. They were quick and efficient. They had to remove our 36" front door and uninstall the refrigerator doors to move the refrigerator into our home however they did this very quickly. The Samsung doors can be removed easily making this process a breeze. Only took a couple of hours for the new refrigerator to get to the temperature settings we chose. The shelving is well designed and versatile to suit most of your product storage needs. The FlexZone drawer is great. The rails of the flex system are good however small items will slide through the rails into the next compartment. Once you get the FlexZone drawer set up the way you prefer, you will find it great for grabbing items you frequently use and without opening the main refrigerator doors. The freezer drawer and inner freezer drawer are spacious and work well for us. Had an issue with the water dispenser in the door, dripped continually for about 2 hours. After a few hours this stopped and the unit has worked fine. Nice, having water, cubed ice, and crushed ice at your fingertips. To date our new refrigerator has worked great.

So first let me say that I take writing a review with utmost responsibility to be fair and honest. Reading everyone else’s review helped me make my buying decision as well as learn some things like running water when first getting to clear up air bubbles and turning off the auto temp as the electric company asks appliances to reduce consumption on peak hours that causes your ice cream to soften right after dinner! Amazing appliance! Looks beautiful easy to clean smudge free is as advertised. Ice is a little slow to come out compared to old fridge but you get used to the timing after a week. Water comes out faster. So go figure! Highly recommend this unit

don’t waste your money on a Samsung fridge!!! we have owned this fridge only 6 months and the ice maker is already frozen and won’t work! Junk.
