Fine a better dispenser fridge

It shoots it everywhere instead of falling straight down to your cup. Already had Samsung technicians take a look at it and replace the dispenser but it is the same thing. They told me they could not do anything about it. Over $2,000 refrigerator and dispenser makes a mess every single time.

After a month, the ice maker problems that some other reviewers have noted on this model haven't surfaced. Almost exchanged it due to a couple of very minor issues that would have been easily resolved with competent tech support. Which Samsung doesn't seem to have. They're friendly and eager to help, just don't know much about the product.
