Love the refrigerator. Lots of space for all the food! Freezer on the bottom is much better for easier access to more regularly used items.

We purchased this unit when our old whirlpool side by side died and could not be repaired. After reading reviews, I was skeptical about the temperature accuracy, but after putting my own thermometers in each section of each compartment to test cooling, everything is exactly where it should be. Still getting used to "where things should go" after living with Side by Side units all my life, but the versatility makes it easy. There is much more room than we had before. The ice maker is great and does not leak or freeze up as noted on previous models of this unit and the FlexZone drawer is fantastic. I love having a section that is slightly cooler than everything else for meats and things I want "extra chilled." The only gripe I would have is that Samsung does not include the "drawer rack" they have available for the bottom freezer drawer that allows you to store some additional, smaller items like ice packs, butter, etc. I picked one up on Amazon and am glad I did! I hope this unit will be with us for many years!

Good product. I had to wait three months to get it but I am pleased with it.

OMG... we never thought a refrigerator would make such a big difference in our home... but it has. We love this fridge so much we call her Bertha. It sends us messages if the door is left open and we have not gone beyond that with messages. The hardest part was finding the connect code to the app which you need... it took me a while and some luck to find the connection code, I think it is 0000 1111. This is a really great fridge...

So far, very happy with our new fridge. Everything went very well from purchase, to delivery, to set up, to use. Love our fourth door. The way to go. Only negative thing is that our old Samsung 3 door french door had a small storage bin in freezer section which this one does not. Looks like it has notches for one. Samsung should add that to futrure models

So far so good, The qick cool feature works well after loading the refrigerator after big shopping. The Flex draw works and advertised. The ice maker does have some freeze up issues, but nothing the can't be fixed by emptying it every so often. It hold a lot of ice.

Great interior layout for space. Color is beautiful. Does not show fingerprints at all.

Only complaint is fingerprints on it...its not stain resistant.....but product is good

We've had this refrigerator for 6 months and over the last month we've had issues with the ice maker freezing up and not dispensing ice. I purchased the Geek Squad extended warranty and getting in touch with Geek Squad has been a nightmare. I spent 20 minutes in an online chat room waiting for the agent to give me direction as to what to do. He/She didn't help me at all other than to thank me for being a Geek Squad Warranty member and then told me I'd have to call the 1-800 number to set up an appointment!!! I've been on hold with Geek Squad for 25 minutes and still no agent in site. I think 6 months of ownership is a bit early for this level of frustration with a NEW appliance!!!
