It's very spacious shelves are set in a way that gives the opportunity to have everything very organized. Freezer has so much space over all one of my best purchases.

Took a month an a half to get because of back order. Do wish the door closed easier, have to give an extra push. The middle flex zone is a nice addition. The guys came in and did an easy set up and moved my old fridge to the garage.

So far it is great. The four doors work great especially the deli door which we keep lunch meat, juice boxes and cheeses. Looks great too.

And my wife and I loved the layout and spacing of it, but the freezer did not work. It took over 3 days before even starting to get cold, and it never came to temperature (0F) We got it replaced, and the 2nd fridge did the exact same thing except the freezer never got cold. Samsung support was no help. I understand sometimes you can get a defective part, but 2 in a row? That's a bad sign.

If your freezer is not freezing, or if your fridge or other temperature-controlled compartments (such as FlexZone) are not cooling, there are several options for fixing the problem and correcting the temperature. Most cooling concerns can be resolved by adjusting refrigerator settings, proper use and care, inspecting and cleaning the door seals, or resetting the refrigerator. They tell me refrigerator too tall my cabinets need to be cut. I pay somebody $250 to cut my cabinets at the top so the refrigerator could fit OK second driver comes out to install. It tells me the refrigerator is too tall. I need to buy a smaller refrigerator OK the third driver come out to install the refrigerator. If it’s right in he said the cabinets didn’t need to be cut. I have room at the top between the cabinets in the refrigerator and they had me cutting my cabinet off. I talked to Bruce about this problem. I also talked to the system manager at the store. No one has gotten back in touch with me. That’s my problem.
