And my wife and I loved the layout and spacing of it, but the freezer did not work. It took over 3 days before even starting to get cold, and it never came to temperature (0F) We got it replaced, and the 2nd fridge did the exact same thing except the freezer never got cold. Samsung support was no help. I understand sometimes you can get a defective part, but 2 in a row? That's a bad sign.

If your freezer is not freezing, or if your fridge or other temperature-controlled compartments (such as FlexZone) are not cooling, there are several options for fixing the problem and correcting the temperature. Most cooling concerns can be resolved by adjusting refrigerator settings, proper use and care, inspecting and cleaning the door seals, or resetting the refrigerator. Took a month an a half to get because of back order. Do wish the door closed easier, have to give an extra push. The middle flex zone is a nice addition. The guys came in and did an easy set up and moved my old fridge to the garage.

It's very spacious shelves are set in a way that gives the opportunity to have everything very organized. Freezer has so much space over all one of my best purchases.

Love the fingerprint resistant black stainless steel finish; it's very sleek looking. Looks much nicer and works much better than the white Kenmore refrigerator we had. The FlexZone drawer is a great place to store drinks, sandwich meat, and cheese...the things you grab frequently. The drawer keeps me from having to open the entire refrigerator. I also like that I can connect the refrigerator to Samsung's Smart Things app; it notifies me if the refrigerator or freezer doors are accidentally left open. How cool is that! We're planning on replacing our other kitchen appliances in the future with matching Samsung appliances to complete the look of our kitchen.

I had my old refrigerator picked up by my local electric company and the pickup driver warned me that the Samsung refrigerators break down a lot and the parts are expensive so be sure you have the extended warranty. We will see if he was right
