I wanted something that has a lot of storage capacity and this is definitely it! During the holidays, my fridge is always packed with leftovers (just the way I like it), so it was important to have a fridge that not only looks great but has a lot of room inside. I am very pleased with the look of the fridge. I love the black stainless steel and it really does add a special "pop" to my kitchen. The flexzone is also an awesome feature to have. Lots of options with this fridge and plenty of freezer space too.

The Samsung refrigerator has plenty of room, the cooling drawer with adjustable settings is useful for many items.

awesome fridge. the best buy delivery team left much to be desired though, created a lot of issues for me that took Samsung to resolve. On the plus side Samsung support was amazing and fixed the issues on the first try.

This refrigerator has all the features I needed for my family. It has an ice maker that actually makes a good amount of ice. Not like my LG which never worked right. Love the space and the drawer. Perfect for kid snacks, water bottles, etc.

Purchased a Samsung refrigerator and got it yesterday 4/09/22. I’ve heard that Samsung brand in appliances are bad. I pray in Jesus name that this brand will be a good one! Love my refrigerator!

The ice/water maker outlet has no light or removable tray to catch drips. Not as much fridge room as expected.

I bought a refrigerator no problem on delivery day. They tell me refrigerator too tall my cabinets need to be cut. I pay somebody $250 to cut my cabinets at the top so the refrigerator could fit OK second driver comes out to install. It tells me the refrigerator is too tall. I need to buy a smaller refrigerator OK the third driver come out to install the refrigerator. If it’s right in he said the cabinets didn’t need to be cut. I have room at the top between the cabinets in the refrigerator and they had me cutting my cabinet off. I talked to Bruce about this problem. I also talked to the system manager at the store. No one has gotten back in touch with me. That’s my problem.

I love this refrigerator. The center refrigerator drawer is a wonderful feature for finding smaller items. The drawers glide with ease and it holds so much food. The freezer drawers configuration make finding items easily

Bias on this one tra saxtion ad i had a bad seed out if the patch. Loved the fridge a d its features. Very sleek and plenty of stirage but had it for 2 days and it would not get cold! Sansubg custoner service was bot the greatest.

Im dissapointed. I had problems with the ice maker on my old fridge. It was freezing up more than average and when using the drawer to tske ice out it would drop ice on the floor. So decided to get a new fridge. Purchased this samsung fridge and the ice maker is so loud everytime it drops ice it wakes my infant up who is sleeping behind closed door in his room! Also instead of ice cubes like i have it set to, it is dropping crushed ice and its so crushed the acrual crushed setting dropps bigger pieces! If it wasnt for so much hassle with getting it thru the door in the house i would be returning it day 3. But i guess it is what it is. Just sucks i wasted over $2k

The fridge is designed very nice. Very compact, but at the same time very spacious inside. The color is beautiful.

Very nice refrigerator, the features are well thought out and functional. A lot of extra space for big items.

Ok so far. Not thrilled when you consider the price point. The Bluetooth doesn’t work and the techs can’t even figure it out. Lots of space though!

The overall product is good, with plenty of space and organizational capacity. The fit on the french doors and drawers is disappointing; right door is visibly lower than left even after a return trip from the installers to adjust. Drawers a little crooked as well. Ice dispenser makes a lot of noise when making ice and tends to shoot cubes out in odd directions frequently missing the glass. It's just not the quality that you would expect for almost $3K.

Nice Refrigerator. Quiet, works as should. Looks great in black stainless steel.

The main problem with this refrigerator is the water has to be turned off to change the filter. I'm unable to get behind the refrigerator without removing the handles which is unacceptable.

it looked a lot smaller in store since there were several other around. Looks more amazing in the house than it does in store when it was next to my other fridge it just towered over it. It shows the current temperature of all three levels of the Fridge.

I love it but..... it has problems with the ice maker area it drips water and i am not sure why
