This is a functional and great fridge. However our ice maker broke and it coast $800 to replace it. When I called customer service they refused to help because we used a local repair man to fix it.

Stainless steel stays clean/pretty much free of smudges. Very roomy inside. I like the ice maker up top and love the refrigerator drawer. Very bright lights inside too.

The black stainless steel is stunningly attractive in my kitchen. I find the drawer compartments very handy for storing and retrieving items often used without letting heat into the remainder of the refrigerator and losing energy efficiency. The freezer maintains a -5 degree F temperature but I notice the main part of the refrigerator hovers around 40 degrees F during normal use. But if left unopened overnight the temperature stays at 37 degrees with the temp set at 34 degrees. It took a while to set the refrigerator temperature because the supplied manual is apparently for an earlier model, but looking at the online manual, there’s directions for downloading a phone app that is used to set the temp. Online manual also mentioned something about voice commands, but I’m not ready to talk to my refrigerator yet. The water and ice dispenser work fine, although the crushed ice function is a little slow to dispense. There is no water catch tray for the water dispenser, but with practice, I find it is not needed. Aside from the regulation of the frig temperature, I’m very pleased with the appearance and functionality of this refrigerator.

It took a while for the fridge and freezer to get to temp but everything else has been perfect.

We love our new Samsung fingerprint free Frigerator it is so much more room than I thought. Love freezer at bottom. Love water and ice outside. Fit great where we put it. Keeps food just the way it should.
