I assumed a breaker tripped (I’m a journeyman electrician in the local IBEW). Upon arrival I find power @ the receptacle but no working refrigerator. Call Best Buy and they say Samsung wants me to CALL THEM. AFter 1.25hrs I’m told the earliest they can get to me is Thursday when beat buy was saying 24hrs. Anyways it worked great until it didn’t. I upgraded from a 3 door model similar and it’s still going (thank god for now but dang does the new model stink)

We've had ours less than two years and we are going to have to shell out over $400 for a new ice maker. Not happy with our Samsung TVs or washer/dryer. They should stick to making phones only. It's pitiful when you have to shell out money for an appliance that you've had less than two years. So disappointed with Samsung that we just might switch all our phones to iphone because right now I want nothing to do with anything that has Samsung on it!!!
