For the ice maker to operate properly, water pressure must be between 20 and 125 psi (138 and 862 kPa). If the refrigerator is installed in an area with low water pressure (below 20 psi / 138 kPa), you can install a booster pump to compensate for the low pressure.

Called Samsung first and they scheduled to send out a repair person. The repair person cancelled the appointment so we called Best Buy. Best Buy then said they would replace the refrigerator. Samsung repair sucks, but at least Best Buy was there to help out.

Missing freezer door rack

No problems with setup and works great. Water drips on start up so read instructions and purge the air from the system and then no proplems.
