I had it for 3 weeks now .seems works perfect .no issues spacious has planty if space . Doors has alarm if you forget to close them .also you can control the temperature through wifi and app.recomanded with confidence.

Me and my family finally upgraded refrigerators and we like this one so far it keeps our stuff nice and cool there’s is a lot of space in the button freezer and we like keeping vegetables and etc. stuff in the flex Zone which is the middle drawer

Perfect size and performance, I bought it because in my previous house that was the owner have it and it’s perfect space and capacity

Super spacious & very quiet. Love that when we need extra shelf space we have it but when not needed they can be flipped up or slid back out the way. The middle draw is wonderful to store things or if having a party & need to place a large tray in!

Large and all the features we wanted in a great looking refrigerator. Really like the Flex Zone drawer. Very handy to keep items you use frequently in the drawer for easy access and you don't have to open the main fridge doors as frequently.

This is the absolute best bargain for your buck! Plenty of room in fridge and freezer. I love the pull out “quick serve” drawer that is outside the fridge instead of inside. Sleek design. I give it five stars!!!!!

This new refrigerator we now have has been a great investment for our family. It gives our kitchen a clean and renovated look while having the enough storage for our food. We are happy with the purchase.

Nice new fridge/freezer with helpful pull out drawer. The only drawbacks are that the ice cubes jump out and sometimes fall on wood floor and there is no receptacle available to stick your hand in to get ice. Otherwise, a beautiful product.

Great refrigerator middle drawer nice for can sodas you can keep them colder since has separate temperature. Had for over year working great!

I have had this refrigerator for about a month now. I love it. In the beginning there was a slight problem with the ice maker, but that was quickly resolved. It is roomy. I love the fingerprint resistant stainless steel.

This fridge is amazing and Best Buy deilvery is the best. The middle drawer on this fridge is our favorite feature and the isolated ice maker is way better than the old school open faced tub.

Fridge is great, flex drawer does not get very cold on freezer setting but is awesome as a deli drawer.

Love it! Looks great, sturdy handles. We bought this in a Samsung package for black Friday and are glad we did. Opting for a 28 cu ft fridge is well worth it. We like the organization feature in the pullout. Great lighting. Only thing (may be just us getting used to it) is the door mechanism at the top sometimes hasnt glided into its slot on the left hand side. Its not a bid deal as it is just a flap you need to make sure is flush back and not flipped forward. I realized that the door wasnt shutting all the way and it was because the flap was not slid into the fridge when shutting. Its hard to beat all of the features this fridge carries. I look at a lot of fridges for my job, and this is up there. Water dispenser in the door with this cu ft and the pullout is in my opinion, a top tier offer. It really makes the kitchen look rich and is super convenient to use. Recommend this buy

Runs quietly...ice when I need it....lots of room...love the deli drawer....overall VERY satisfied with it

PROS: Lighting, Storage Space, Design, Alarms, Controls/Settings (including placement and function of controls) CONS: Shelf Heights, Ice Maker Capacity, Ice Maker make time, Ice Maker Delivery/Dispense timing (Non of the listed items are show stoppers) The refrigerator is designed and built well, time will tell how long before replacement parts or repairs are needed. Buyer beware of this refrigerator. This is not unique to me. I read reviews and was willing to take the chance I would get a better performing fridge, and the majority have had a good experience. Nothing could be further from the truth. There are several class action lawsuits against Samsung for how bad this fridge operates. See details about Samsung via Better Business Bureau reviews in New Jersey, where their HQ is located. The ice maker frosts over, requiring knocking down frost and ice every two weeks. It also does not cool to the temp displayed on the door. It condensates so badly, food is drenched in water. Hovers around 45-50 degrees. After numerous repairmen to refill Freon, and so called perform a thorough repair, nothing has ever “fixed” this fridge, and just paid $4k for another more dependable brand. Listen, don’t take a chance on this fridge unless you are willing to deal with poor Samsung customer service, and living with a problem. Yes; it’s a better price than the others. But I could have saved myself nearly $3K with tax, and purchased a more dependable fridge in the first place. I cannot stress enough, every single person who has purchased this fridge has issues. Some people are willing to deal with it. I am not. 5 years to finally say enough, is too long. If you decide to risk it, come back and post a review like I am, humbly eating crow because I didn’t believe the bad reviews. This refrigerator is poorly designed, and no repairman can fix that.

Capacious and capable refrigeration, at 28'cu. offering the option of "more" freezer, or "more" fridge when needed through the middle "FlexZone" drawer. Drawers make access to contents in the back of the fridge before they become unknowns. . . . and don't require "side" clearances to open, as many doors do. Cold water delivery never freezes up, as the line did on my GE side-by-side. and the ability of the shelves and cubbies to change levels can accommodate most storage needs as personally desired. One thing missed is a stacking beverage can dispenser, but sure that option can be found to add later. Restocking a full fridge's contents (from the one replaced) still left half the fridge empty, it's huge, and only protrudes 4" deeper than original. Speaking of size, thought the online "Does it Fit" calculator said this fridge would not, a careful inspection and measurement of the unit at my local BestBuy Store, and comparing what I had for actual clearances in my home verified in advance of installation, that this model would indeed fit not only my needs, but space to accommodate the new unit. Watch the adds even after purchase, for BestBuys honored a later sale offer to match best price. Took two months for delivery and installation, but even though late, the GeekSquad team were fun to work with, and they relocated my old fridge to the garage where now relegated to. Looks great, time to freeze some venison!

I loveee my Samsung Refrigerator. Its so spacious with plenty of storage space and the temp control is awesome. Also love the water dispenser and ice maker. Its also finger print resistant.

We love our new refrigerator it is a great purchase and can hold lots of stuff.
