Happy with the features and size, is quiet and looks great.

I purchased this fridge because my fiance really, REALLY wanted the extra pull drawer that allowed her to dictate the temperature (the flexzone drawer -- ya know, the one that she has yet to use even though it was the reason we had to have THIS ONE instead of the one without the drawer -- but I digress). The black stainless is beautiful and the fridge is HUGE. It works well enough. Everything operates as it should and I have had it for almost a month. Icemaker works just fine. My issues with this are the amount of "tall" space available and the outside density of the fridge. If you have bottles of wine or a 2-liter of soda, you had better get used to laying it all down. One of the shelves has a way to push it partially back -- so it becomes half the length -- and which then leaves room to set a few bottles of things upright that are tall. If you have milk, 2-liters, wine, anything like that, it fills up the space very quickly, so you'll have to learn to lay things down on the other shelves. My only other complaint is that it is not made of a very sturdy outer shell. We have two large dents in the front -- around where the FlexZone drawer is -- that we noticed a few days ago. Not sure how they got there as it was just my fiance and I at home recently. We don't really have anything else around the fridge that could have put dents into it. Did I maybe use my knee to close something? I don't remember doing that, but if I did, I certainly didn't use my spider-bite induced super strength to do so (that doesn't work, by the way. Um, not that I tried or anything.), so I am not sure where they came from. What I do know is that it wasn't anything particularly impactful, like something slamming into the door, because my fiance and I would have remembered. So it doesn't take much to put fairly noticeable dents into the outer shell. Overall, the fridge looks fantastic. It is large and deep and can hold lots of things. The things it can't really hold well are tall items, like milk, 2-liters of soda, wine, and items like that. It should also be more durable for the price that it is -- even though I got mine on a Black Friday deal and it was a killer price. I would buy one again if I saved a kid from a Gamma Bomb explosion and the resultant mutation gave me enormous strength and in a fit of range I through it to the moon. Even with the limitations, it is a pretty nifty fridge and it is beautiful.

Took 3 times to get the delivery correct, then it took hours to get it in. The delivery guys were nice but clearly so ready to be done. My only complaint so far is that the water dispenser drips and runs down the front. We Takes a minute to get used to the middle drawer but I do like it. The wire partitions are kind of a pain. But it’s super nice, roomy, nice and bright inside.

I really like the arrangement of the shelves and doors. The middle drawer saves having to open the whole refrigerator to get the lunch meats. The only concern I have is the ice maker - seems it lets little water and crushed ice in before the whole cubes.

Product has worked great for us and is much better with fingerprints from our children than our previous Samsung that we bought in 2010. However you do lose overall shelf space with the flex zone drawer so we cannot fit as many bigger containers and plates as we did with our 28.7 Samsung previously. I only gave the review 4 stars because one of the shelves was not all the way placed into the shelving bracket when the product was set up and the shelf shattered everywhere at 10pm a week after we bought it and the shelf dented the flexzone drawer on its tumble downward. Best Buy customer service was absolutely excellent in setting up shipment of replacement parts and a geek squad appointment free of charge to remedy the issue!!

Purchased this fridge after reading reviews on product description. The fridge is roomy and lots of groceries fit which is a plus. The freezer has a light (some reviews said it didn’t) and the drawer is roomy as well. The divider on freezer comes in handy to separate meats like chicken and beef. The FlexZone drawer is handy to place drinks and snacks for our grandkids and they are living it. The only flaw is the ice maker is a little noisy but not unbearable. Overall I love this fridge and am very happy with my purchase. Also, The stainless steel looks very sharp. We purchased in January but due to Covid didn’t get it delivered until June. Delivery and setup was fast and technicians knew what they were doing.

I love the French door fridge. There is so much flexibility in how we stock it. I wasn’t sure about the extra drawer as opposed to the wide shelf inside the fridge, but it is awesome. We use it as a deli space and only need to open the drawer instead of the main fridge when we want a cheese stick and the like. The ice maker works great and the large tub freezer is perfect for all those Costco big bags of frozen chicken!

We love our new refrigerator. Very spacious and fits beautifully in the kitchen. The flex draw is so handy . I also love the fact that we can know when someone leaves the door alarm, the fridge notifies us. Great purchase, great delivery experience as well.

I've had it a little over a month and we are happy with our purchase. There are a few drawbacks...2 liter bottles will not fit on the shelves unless you slid back the one shelf, and the crushed ice does not really come out crushed. You will get a some that is crushed but most are still larger pieces. I love the middle drawer.

Got down to the correct temperature very quickly and created ice by the evening it was installed (that morning). Lots of room in the fridge and freezer. The 3rd deli tray makes keeping cheese, deli meat, butter, etc. convenient. The ice maker works great but the capacity is much smaller than our old early 2000 era fridge. However, it makes ice very quickly.

I love my purchase of this refrigerator. It looks nice along with my other stainless steel appliances. The drawer is very convenient to keep the kids’ things in or to store drinks.

We truly enjoy this model refrigerator due to the Flex Zone drawer. Like most families we go to the fridge repeatedly for the same type of items, i.e. drinks. The Flex Zone drawer allows us to access those items without compromising the temperature of the main compartment. The fridge has spacious areas for both refrigeration and frozen items. Overall, we’ve been very happy with this purchase

Replaced a LG refrigerator with this unit. First the wife loves the finish compared to the LG as fingerprints don't show. The extra drawer can be used as fridge or freezer. Blue tooth to change Temps and notice when someone leaves door open too long. Overall great product that looks good and maintains temp perfectly. Water filter easy to access and change.

I love most everything about this machine with the exception of the Ice maker/water dispenser. The ice maker is very slow to dispense ice and also small. The button that actually makes the ice come out on the door is so hard to hit specifically in the right place (it is a huge long button but a small button behind that) to activate the process. No matter what size cup you use.
