Have only had this refrigerator for a few weeks. So far seems to be okay. It does seem as though it does not have much space in the top but I guess the middle drawer accounts for that. I do like that the kids can reach the middle drawer and that is where I keep the items we go into the fridge for the most. The one thing both my husband and I are not happy with are the ice cubes. They are smaller than our older fridge and do not seem to stay frozen as long. We have tried turning down the temp but not sure that has solved the problem.

Top notch refrigerator. So impressed with the size and storage. My wife and kids love it. It's very easy on the eyes and easy to use

I just love it,If you would like to make a sandwich you dont need to stand there and get all your meat and cheese out it is in its our draw I JUST LOVE IT OVER ALL .....

The fridge is very spacious, and the extra drawer makes it better. Great purchase.

I have to take a star away because immediately from the moment the ice maker was officially making ice, we have problems. You get a mixture of crushed and cubed when you’re on the cube setting, and we need to empty it once a week and shut off the ice maker to keep it in check. The fridge itself and freezer are wonderful tho, the ice maker makes for a weird void in the fridge but I’m happy.

Amazing and the perfect REFRIGERATOR by SAMSUNG. It’s a 4 door and can accommodate everything in here. Looks great too.

Wonderful fridge. The middle draw which is usually used for produce is best feature. We use it for storage of beverages! Freezer very spacious!

We are enjoying our new refrigerator which replaced the 7 year old LG. We were in need of one that day so we wouldn't lose all our food. However, the top shelf doesnt seem to stay in place. Also, I wish the salesperson would have told us about the counter depth one, so ours wouldn't stick out so much.

The fridge is great but there is almost zero space on the inside of the left side door because of the outside ice and water maker. However, the rest of the fridge has plenty of room so it’s not a huge issue.

At first a "front end manager" helped us and it seemed to go ok but ends up the invoicing was wrong then a manger "Lance" got involved and issued a credit and re-invoiced, but in doing so we couldn't apply our $35.00 rewards points to the new invoice but would have to wait approximately 30 days for it to show back in our account. Lance did an outstanding job resolving the issues and gave us a $50 best buy card for the inconvenience. We have yet to see the $35.00 rewards points posted to our account. Outside of that we are very pleased with the product.

Super spacious is what I was really looking for , fits a lot of stuff on top and bottom easy to clean , the middle drawer love it my kids easily get there snacks out

From the day it was installed, it has been efficient, easy to store and locate items. I would recommend it to anyone. I love the space it has and ease of using.

I love the design of my new fridge and it work’s wonderfully.

After old refrig broke and waiting 2 1/2 weeks for service to say it was broken and would take 2 wks to get parts, decided to get this Refrig. Reviews show Samsung to be the best refrig out at this time. Like the separate draw for drinks and can adjust the temp in that drawer. ice maker takes a lot of room but doesnt make ice faster and no way to increase making ice faster. In all good refrig.

Love the size. Large freezer. Only down side is the left size of the door can't store much. Also hard to store tall items.
