After many weeks, this machine was ready to run: purchased from Pacific Sales in the Oceanside BestBuy, delivered as promised to our kitchen to await resolution of plumbing issues, resolution of plumbing issues by Hanna Plumbing and repair and repapering of the involved drywall by my husband! Then, I started a load. The racket was horrible! Turns out with all these players, no one removed the shipping bolts. Done. Another load. The racket was stilll unacceptable. Turns out that no one had removed the stabilizing tape on the sides of the washer. Done. This washer is now PERFECT! As is the matching steam dryer!

Just picked up this washer and it works like magic. I had an LG front loader also and it was very loud. This washer is very easy to use and it was on sale for a great price. Thank you Best Buy for all your help and guidance in picking out the perfect washer.

Does a great job washing clothes and definitely saves you money on your water bill. If you leave the door open after a load is finsihed, there is no odor at all. The only problem I have is not being able to do small loads.

Love this steam washer - have its companion steam dryer and they work like a charm together.

I have had this washer for a little over a month now and have nothing bad say write about it. My clothes are coming out cleaner and I am using less water and laundry detergent which helps save even more money. The high spin threw me off when I did my first load, I thought it was going to take off it spins so high. But it didn't move an inch and when I took everything out to put in the awesome matching dryer, everything was so "dry" in a way. Love my new washer!!

Hats off to Samsung!!! An LG Tromm front loader sat in the exact same spot and felt and sounded like a helicopter in the spin cycle. We spent way more for LG and got way less. LG technicians came to my home and blamed their own "massive vibration" flaws on the builder of my home as well. This Samsung has absolutely no vibration issues while washing even larger loads than I could ever put in my old washer and gets the clothing cleaner too!!! Again hats off to Samsung!!! The matching dryer is wonderful! It dries well and at large capacity... it get a very full load of my entire work weeks worth of cloths fully dry in less than an hour....simply awesome..by the way I work in construction!

There are lots of settings to play with, and I'm learning more about it with every load. It doesn't rock the house, but the spin cycle leaves the clothes almost dry when they come out.

this product is very quiet , no vibrating and has sounds to let you know the cycle is done

I love this washer. It's been great. I have 5 kids at home and this washer keeps up with all of them.

Lots of features for the price. Only drawback is that it stays moist inside so you have to remember to keep the door open when not in use to ensure it dries out properly.

Washer does a great job, is super quiet, and is good on water. By default the washer plays music when the cycle finishes. You can turn it off, but boy is it annoying until you do.

This was our first big appliance purchase for my BF's and I first apartment together. Like most apts, the laundry room can be cramped. We purchased the washer and dryer set with the stackables and it saves so much room! The quality is great and the price we paid was a steal! Dryer has automatic sensor to stop when item is dried.Noise level is low. One year later, we are still glad we paid this purchase.

Good washer I think its my first front loader when it spins it vibrates a little more than I would like even if it has VRT

I have owned this product for about a month and absolutely love it. The sanitize cycle is great for getting out tough pet odors.

I also bought this as an open box item and it was still bolted as if it was right out of the box.

I love this washer. You can tell that your clothes are much cleaner than the cheaper washers.

Great washer! The steam cleaning works great; especially for towels and sheets.

Machine started to vibrate violently during spin after a few months of light usage. It was making loud knocking noise and vibrated so bad that it actually moved. Contacted Samsung and after some run around. They claimed it was normal and would not deal with it. Contacted Best Buy/Pacific Sales. They sent their own technician and confirmed that it was bad, but again, Samsung even refused to work with the Pacific Sales tech. We understand that sometime we get a bad machine and that is why there is warranty, but refusal to work with the customer while product is still under warranty is unacceptable. I am inclined not to purchase any Samsung products due to their poor customer support.

I am truly surprised that no one has posted their review on how horrible these machines are.. We purchased this machine about a year ago and for the first 3 months it was awesome!! But after regularly cleaning it and draining it every two-three months, it started to build up a horrible smell. Yes we bought these tablets, that would clean and help destroy the smell. Putting them in monthly, and still the smell is there. Over time the smell will get worse and there is soo much maintenance and up keep and the smell is still there. I'm sure that all theses reviews that are written are within the 3 months smell free time frame. The clothes come out smelling like moldy residue, it's gross!! I would not recommend any one to buy these machines, sure they look good but not worth all the hassle, just stick to the top loaders. I guarantee that the front loaders will build up a smell and you won't be happy with it. Finally after a 1 1/2 we are getting a top loader, you've been warned..

Had a frustrating morning on the phone with Samsung. My washer of less than six months front panel's lettering is coming off if you touch it. I spent two hours on the phone for them to tell me that it is cosmetic damage and not covered by the warranty. Don't buy Samsung!
