See above Installers came late and then a found every excuse not to install. I ended up installing and connecting.

it was good washer until we started having problem 2 months ago. making so much noise and drum is off the bearing. Expensive to fix so my home warranty decided to pay it at half price coz although it was just almost 3 years old.

My wife loves this new washer. Able to wash almost twice the amount of clothes than our old washer. It is quiet and have not noticed any vibrations (although it is in the basement) Some of the cycles do take a little longer (over an hour), but the drying time is less than old machines. Many more options/cycles to choose from, still experimenting with all of them. Very happy with washer and the delivery/installation team were awesome.

We've had this washer for a couple of weeks now and my clothes are cleaner than ever and smell so good. The spin cycle gets so much of the water out which cuts our drying time. The door will not stay open though! I prefer to leave it open when not in use so that it doesn't get that mildew smell. Everytime I open the door it just shuts, makes it difficult to get the clothes out and into the dryer. Also, my washer is not nearly as quiet as everyone says it should be. And yes, it is level, my husband made sure that wasnt the problem. That is some song it plays at the end. Wish I could just get a few beeps and then it just stop.

This is my second set of Samsung washer and dryer (left the first set when sold home). The first set I've owned for 4 years with no complaints and have owned this set for months with no complaints. It's easy to use, puts minimal wear and tear on clothes, and has a large capacity. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

My husband and I love this washer and the matching dryer. We made the decision to get a new set due to our old ones breaking and we honestly couldn't be happier with what we paid for them and their quality. We got them on sale and they were worth every penny. They have every cycle you could ever need and are user friendly. It is also big enough to hold a king sized comforter which is a huge plus because I used to take our queen sized ones to the laundry mat. Make sure you get the stands for them because they make a world of difference on your back.

I was dead set on a LG machine but this one was in stock and I liked some features better. This is strictly my opinion. I decided to go with this unit and I'm quite satisfied. At least give it some consideration.

Great upper-middle priced unit. Looks great. Performs well. Whisper quiet with tons of features.

So far I am really happy with this washer. The operation is mostly silent, and it measures the size of load so you don't have to guess at water levels. The steam feature is great, and is really helping with getting rid of the allergens in the clothes and the bedding. The wash times were a little longer than expected. Average time is one hour, when my top load washer would be done in 20 - 30 minutes. But the clothes are much cleaner, so it's a great trade-off.
