A very good washer and at a very good price. Initially, it vibrated so badly on our floor (wood joist supports over a crawl space) that it and the dryer (which was not operating) walked (ran?) across our laundry room floor. This was after we had checked the level 3 times, so it was dead level when it did this. Added rubber anti vibration pads to all 4 feet (available from Amazon or Home Depot) and problem was solved. So be aware of the potential vibration problem and solution if you mounting it anywhere but a concrete slab floor.

Only had it about a month, but so far this washer has been great! Doesn't use hardly any water, a lot of options, clothes come out smelling great, and despite all of the buttons and options it's easy to use. My only minor gripe would be that with the settings i want it takes nearly an hour to go through a wash cycle (though it matches up pretty well with the dryers settings i use, so it works out.) This is only a minor gripe though, since it has a much high capacity than my last washer, and I'm able to get laundry done in less loads. I do get a bit of vibration during the spin cycle, as well, but it's not bad at all.

No complaints about this washer. Gets the job done and has all the settings I require. Our floor must not be level, because I have to put something under one of the feet in order to not hear a loud banging while the washer is running. Of course, with a front loader, there is water left in different areas of the washer. I leave the doors open after every wash for a few days and haven't had any issues.

The washer works great. Quiet and has a great deal of settings.

We have had this washer for 5 years and it's held up great. The only issue we have had is with the detergent drawer. The slot for the fabric softener does not work so we end up mixing it directly with the detergent.

I bought the pair. They look good and so far perform well.

I bought a similar machine 2 years ago and I can say it is great, but mine broke just after 2 years of usage. Note that we don't have kids, only myself and my wife so usage is not very high. The technician showed me the broken parts, it was hard to believe they came out of a somewhat new machine. One of the broken parts was covered by Samsung for 3 years, all of the rest had to come out of my pocket. I ended up having to spend $450 to fix it. My model is the previous version of this one, with the exact same features but a bit larger. Looking around the internet it looks like Samsung washer has durability issues and service/parts are extremely expensive. Anyways, just be aware of that before buying.

In less than 2 months I'm now on my 2nd Samsung washer and both have leaked. These aren't small leaks either... The first washer had so much water coming out of it the water was pooling in my laundry room and running down an air vent. The drum on the first washer was also rubbing against the plastic window causing a scratch on the window. The 2nd washer (replacement for the first) started leaking in less than 2 days and less than 5 cycles. Contacting Best Buy local store for a complete exchange/refund to a different brand.

This machine has been horrible. Multiple error codes cause us to call Samsung and each time go through their laborious screening and trouble shooting before they agree to send out a repairman. First time, motherboard computer had to be replaced after just 2 months. 1 month later, the wiring is faulty from the factory. I have them stacked in a closet so each time the repairman comes I have to pull the dryer down from the top, by myself he can't help me for insurance purposes, then load it back up again. and hook it all up. Done this three times already in first few months. We've spent over $200 in Laundromat fees waiting for Samsung to repair it both times, and I sure will not be the last. I know we have a lemon, when the wiring was wrong from the factory, yet, no offer to replace it and no reimbursement for the laundry and lost time (hours on the phone and at the laundry.) I recommend you buy a quality Japanese machine instead.

It works good initially, but not long, the noise is too much, too much vibration as well.

Three weeks after having the unit delivery, an error code appeared and machine does not function. Still waiting for service. Extremely disappointed and now stuck with unwashed clothing and with a bill of over $800. The store where it was purchased refused to assist in any way as 2 weeks has elapsed from the time the washer was bought.

The Samsung washer simply does not clean the clothes. Are clothes are not that dirty. I have tried multiple cycles, I do not overfill etc. The Samsung technician came here, and said it is not broken and that these washer simply do not clean as well as old fashioned ones. They use less water and detergent. I can still smell deodorant/cologne after a wash. We are returning it.
