Bought a lg that last 7yr samsung always seems the way to go there is always a huge quality difference this one cost half as much as my last one bet it last twice as long live and samsung is a much superior product

More than I could have expected. The features are wonderful, have to work to keep kids from playing with washer to make the lights come on. The steam feature is new to me but I really like it. I would recommend to anyone. This is my first Samsung washer and i am pleased.

For all the bells and whistle vs. the cost, it is a great washer!

Can't say I can accurately review it yet, haven't had it long enough. It is a very complicated machine and it would have been helpful to have a CD or a better instruction manual from the beginning. Have had to do trial and error to figure it out. That is frustrating and makes me wish I had my old one back. So- I am sure this is a good washer, but the score isn't in yet. Thanks for asking and hope this is helpful to you. Why don't you offer a session for new owners, if they want, to come come to to ask questions? For instance: I was told by one service person that using oxyclean shortens the life of a front loader. Is this true?

This washer is awesome. I love all the options available. I highly recommend this washer to a large family.... I have 5 kids and it never has failed me!!!

I love it, it is so quiet and does a great job! I enjoy and appreciate the steam option. I also appreciate all the options for time? I like that the amount of soap I use seems to be less. I like that it caters to all of my needs when washing clothes.

I bougth last month because my previous washing machine making too much noise and does not clean well. Samsung very good cleans excellent, energy saver ,does not make noise and i got very good deal thank you best buy.......................

I'm very pleased with the purchase. The product is wonderful and easy to use. I only had an extremely negative experience with the delivery and installation people, both with the scheduling and the actual delivery.

It's gotten my clothes really clean and smelling nice. I still haven't tried some functions. It does seem to take a long time for certain wash loads, but that just means they're getting extra clean.

Samsung is a brand that I look toward for any of my electronic needs. They are dependable, efficient, well made and stylish. Worth every penny.

Hate paying money for a pedestal but it does what it's supposed to. Provides support for the washer/dryer, elevates machine to eye level, and provides extra storage space.

This washer and dyer by Samsung is wonderful! Large enough for a full duvet and has a great steam option! Quiet and efficient! I love them!
