Please know that this model can be connected to your TV via HDMI.
Here is the step-by-step guide for your reference:
1. With the Soundbar and TV turned on, connect the HDMI cable (not supplied).
2. “TV ARC” appears in the display window of the Soundbar main unit and the Soundbar plays TV
sound.
• If TV sound is inaudible, press the (Source) button on the remote control or on the right side
of the Soundbar to switch to “D.IN” mode. The screen displays “D.IN” and “TV ARC” in sequence,
and the TV sound is played.
• If “TV ARC” does not appear in the display window of the Soundbar main unit, confirm that the
cable is connected to the correct port.
• Use the volume buttons on the TV’s remote control to change the volume on the Soundbar.
You can also choose to connect the soundbar to your TV via Bluetooth.

Still not as clear a result as we were expecting. But it is superior to the 60W standard TV sound found in the 55KS9500.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issue with the voice control.
Have you tried selecting the Clear Voice sound mode for enhancement of vocal clarity?
You can easily select the Clear Voice mode or any other preferred choice by pressing the Sound Mode button on your remote control, located just under the main button.

I am sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with its low volume when watching TV.
Please check the connection between the Soundbar and other source devices, and try the following tips that may help improve the volume level.
1. If the Soundbar is connected to a TV thru HDMI, make sure to use the HDMI-ARC jack on the TV and select “External speakers” as the TV sound output.
2. Check the audio output format sent to the Soundbar. Typical options are PCM, Dolby Digital, and Bitstream. Select the option that optimizes the sound from your source.
3. Turn on Dynamic Range Control. This is done by pressing and holding the SOUND MODE button on the remote control while the Soundbar is in standby mode.
