Great value. Thew unit looks great and works quite well It provides all the essentials and a few nice extras such as a proofing setting. However, the big win is that the service was fantastic. The installer came right on time. Removed the old unit and installed the new unit increibly fast. Highly recommend Best Buy for the product, the price and the service.

Stove works fantastic; it heats up fast and efficiently. Easy to use and we've been using it A LOT! Clean finish. Delivery and setup was super easy. The install and disposal of our old stove took less than 1 hour. Service was incredibly knowledgeable and polite; gave 45 min call before arrival within window.

Good unit. Very easy to use. Had to do some customizing to cabinet where oven replaced a smaller unit. It’s depth was a little more than I thought it to be, but everything worked out. The electrical whip can be a little longer.

This is a really nice oven, and it was a good price with 24 month no interest financing. Scheduling pick up and delivery was not so smooth. I set it all up, and then a few days later noticed that the scheduled haul away was still set, but delivery was not. I didn't get any notification about this, just happened to go online and check the status. Then when I tried to schedule delivery it would not let me schedule delivery for the same day as haul away. Ok, so I can deal with that. However, the reminders about haul away and delivery were a little excessive. Multiple emails and text messages were a little too much. On the day of haul away, I got a call to confirm that they were coming to pick up my apple TV???? When I told them it was an oven, they said they didn't know if they had room on the truck for it. However, they came and fit in in, So, all in all, I am happy, but the delivery and haul away could have been a little smoother.

Oven for like a glove in the space and we love all the different features.

This Samsung wall oven looks great with other Samsung appliances , even the Bespoke items. The Bespoke is on back order and costs nearly 3x this oven. We are pleased and installation and haul away is the smartest way to go. An oven weights 130lbs and the electrical hard wire is best left to professionals like Best Buy.

Had to replace my wall oven and thanks to the BB salesperson who recommended this product. Being without a working oven for over 2 months, it's great to finally able to bake again. The Samsung replaced another brand and it fit perfectly thanks to the great service from Best Buy. Only one complaint - the oven turns off upon the reached time.

Historically, Samsung appliances have been known to have lots of issues but...so far so good. I love the ease of use, like whether using timer or cook time just press start to start; seems basic but this was not the case with our previous oven from Whirlpool and it was a nightmare if you screwed up and pressed the wrong button. I love the blue interior of the Samsung and I love the dual cleaning options for easy maintenance.

We are very happy with our new Samsung 30" built-in oven! With multiple cooks in our family, each of us is impressed with the way our meals are baked fully and evenly every time. The oven's blue interior adds a wonderful ambiance every time we check in on our food with the perfect shade of sophisticated and sexy blue. I would give 10 stars if I could!
