Great oven, lousy installation.

We had a 21 yr old 30" JennAir wall oven, and after removing it, the Samsung was smaller than the existing cabinet cutout. The Best Buy installer did a "temporary install" and said he was referring to another team to fix the installation. We have not heard from this other "team." Very disappointed.
