This microwave-convection oven combo is fantastic. Not only does it look good but it is the most intelligently designed and functional appliance that I am aware of on the planet. The divided oven is a wonderful feature. We are having a heat wave but I can bake to my heart's content because the divided oven reduces the space that has to be heated. My kitchen does not have to get hot.

Be sure that you put a towel in the crack of the microwave oven door when removing items, if there are any drips they fall straight into the lower oven door between the glass, this a design flaw that makes your oven door glass look nasty, and horribly difficult to clean. It is feature heavy, I have not been able to try them all yet, but look forward to trying them out. Do so love the soft glide rack!

I love this item. The process it took to have installed was a very challenging as it took multiple trips to get it all installed.

I love the design and paid the price for that upgraded one but it bugs quite often and it’s very annoying. The unit freezes sometimes and takes about 5’ to get back to normal and you can’t use it all during that time. Typical Samsung product ...

I saw this item when we first started building in 2020 and knew I wanted it in my dream home. Covid hit and this item became unavailable. After our construction got delayed, we lucked out in one area and this item because available. Perfect in my new dream kitchen.

This is really a great looking and feature-rich oven-microwave combo. It is WiFi-enabled allowing you to preheat your oven remotely, receive updates on cooking status and other features. We also really like the hardware and finish as it doesn't show fingerprints like many other stainless appliances. The convection feature is also very useful and reduces cooking time by approximately 25 percent while also heating food very evenly. The lower oven also features a divider that enables the user to cook at two different temperatures. We highly recommend this product from Samsung!

I purchased this microwave/wall oven combo to replace my Jenn Air Oven that was retiring. Very impressed by the versatility and new features awarded. I tried the speed oven, pre-programed cooking, dehydration and steam cook functions, to name a few. It opened up new possibilities in the kitchen. I was considering buying a dehydrator and a steam cooker, now I don't have to. Also really like getting a reminder that my oven cooking is almost done on my phone - good for the busy and multitasking life! Love it so far!

lots of pros ... a few cons - 1. the clock does not stay lit when not in use... 2. bulky handles you'll have to consider if the unit is close to a counter depth fridge make sure enough distance is calculated

Wish i could leave zero stars but highly recommend not buying. We have had nothing but problems and finding a tech to fix issues is a joke. Currently waiting on another part after they already came to fix something last week been without a oven and microwave for a month.

we replaced a standard combo microwave/wall oven with this unit. for the most part we love it. the ability to have three separate convection ovens in the space that would normally hold one is incredible for the days when you're hosting parties. there is one major flaw which isn't evident until you've used it for a while. pros - beautiful knobs and handles, three separate oven cavities with ability to set different temperatures (as long as you use convection), built in meat thermometer cons - dual oven only allows baking on bottom and broiling on top, or convection in both. clock display turns off after a few minutes, which is super annoying for those of us who use the oven wall clock as the main teller of time when getting the family out the door.

Just got it but has lots of features I love. Very easy to use. Now I want to cook all the time

I had a wear (scratch) in the oven the size of a dime in an area that was suppose to with stand the rack sliding in and out. I used it once and never had a rack on that section. Samsung would not return it or take responsibility even after two technicians from two companies come to review it, both stating it was abnormal. They will call it a "cosmetic issue". Feel free to google SAT issues online. Luckily my Best Buy rep is amazing and help replace it for me. The wear was back in May. Now it is August and after 3 weeks there is the same EXACT wear in the same spot. I haven't made a decision on my next step yet. If I had a choice right now I would return my oven, gas cook top and hood vent solely on the fact that Samsung is the ABSOLUTE worst customer service company I have ever dealt with. Some of the technology is "cool", but is not worth it the first call you will have to make if something goes wrong. I tried to make this review short. I will NEVER recommend Samsung appliances to my friends. The wear and tear incident could be isolated with me, but one thing is for sure. If you search the internet on Samsung customer services, it will be consistent.

The wall oven has several features that we find useful, and we enjoy the large space in the microwave. The aesthetic is sharp with an easy to use digital display. The oven has several features to adapt to our cooking needs.

Great product! Affordable and has plenty of features. The installation was done very well. When buying a kitchen, it's also worth getting Total Tech Support, all the installations go down around 50 and the Geek Squad Protection gets discounted. The installers that they had come out were knowledgeable, professional, on time, and super nice.

Looks great in our kitchen and I like it a lot. We don't bake a.lot but so far it works well.

Loved the stainless look. Awesome product very easy to use!

My only complaint is the clock not being digital or staying on at all times. The longest the clock will stay on is 90min.

A little glitchy. Oven screen has frozen on a couple occasions, rendering my oven inoperable for a couple minutes (until it resets). Also, have been unable to connect the smart feature, to date. Have made multiple attempts to connect, all it does is kick the oven off the wifi connection. This means I can’t control my oven remotely

This piece is truly gorgeous and works like a dream. Super smart and has so many options, it will take bit of a time to learn and use them all. It is definitely the highlight of our kitchen.

Good combo oven. Best Buy installers are butchers and don't know what they are doing. I had to personally redo entire installation!
