This piece is truly gorgeous and works like a dream. Super smart and has so many options, it will take bit of a time to learn and use them all. It is definitely the highlight of our kitchen.

Love that I have 3 ovens in one and a Microwave all in one item. Can't be happier with it. Hope I have many years with it. I can't get over it, that the oven notifies me on my cell phone when the food is ready! So cool! Just wish that the separation tray, that splits my oven for 2 baking options, would be a bit lighter. It's a bit heavy.

Just what I wanted. Works great and looks great. Needed to modify wall opening to fit.

The two stars are for the oven...the upper microwave portion has been a BITTER disappointment. The control modules have ALL been replaced twice and are about to be replaces a third time. GeekSquad has dispatched for FOUR visits to repair. (Two requiring followup because the controls need to be ordered.) The microwave will stop running mid heating(on its own). Knobs can be turned to OFF and the microwave continues to run...the timing countdown mechanism will stop working while the microwave is running, and sometimes the microwave runs while the countdown is frozen. Definitely would NOT recommend this SAMSUNG product. And I would not venture to say I am happy with the GeekSquad service either.

We have had Issue after issue with this and have only had it 1 year. I am beyond dissapointed not only with Samsung but the customer service at Best Buy as well, we purchased the protection plan and STILL cannot get this replaced until we have had a handyman come 4 times to attempt repairs. RIDICULOUS! This oven takes double the time of our 20 year old over we replaced. Whatever the cook time says on the box we have to double it. The computer screen turns off so there is no clock display at all times (this is major for a lot of people). Our screen will randomly not work so we have to go in the basement and resent it multiple times a week and we even get sparking when using the microwave for no reason. Do yourself a favor and don't buy!

We love these appliances however after just 12 months the microwave turn table has ceased to function and the touch screen is occasionally unresponsive hence a lower rating. Up to this point things were great. More frustrating due to delays in Best Buy service. Not sure about recommendation to a friend due to our current maintenance issue.

You'll be sold by the features, but six months in you'll have problems. I usually read all of the reviews of a product before purchasing; however, I must have missed the primary fault with this system three-six months after installation. Like everyone else I began receiving a CA2 fault (mine was after month eight). Contacted SAMSUNG who sent out Cone (horrible reviews) and was informed that the unit needs to come out of the wall, and they don't uninstall. Used the self clean and it locked the oven up for two days. Oven wasn't dirty but just a test. Now the chrome inside is tarnished and looks like I've had the unit for years. Unbelievable. Save yourself the time and heartache.

Great oven, my wife really loves this amazing wall oven, the wifi is a plus!!!

Purchase due to the lack of inventory of their products. It is super fancy and high tech.The only thing I dislike is when power goes off during storms. Screen kind of lacks coming back on after power is restored

Wish it could display the time at all times. Display has “screen saver mode” when set up, it only displays the time for 60 minutes max. Once the 60 minutes expire, the display goes dark. Perhaps a software upgrade will make that happen :-)

Just had the appliance for a less than a month. Positives Options take a bit of time to get used to but well worth taking time to learn them Love the slim fry option. Cons: Can’t easily set up wifi on appliance. Tried a few times. Samsung app is terrible. Also bottom oven takes a long time to pre-heat. Overall good oven but it has only been less than 30 days.

Dont understand the horrible reviews i saw. I guess if you dont punch the screen it would work perfectly fine. Love it love it love it!

Love this oven's features. Can be used as three ovens when necessary which is really convenient at holiday time. The finish always looks clean. I've learned to love the convection cooking feature. Would have given it 5 stars except for the fact that the clock sometimes resets to a random time. Hoping to get this problem fixed under warranty.

Love this combination oven. It is beautiful and easy to use. I was a little intimidated by all the possibilities but it’s easy and I love it!

Good oven. Got at a good price on sale otherwise it would’ve been a bit pricey.

This combo oven and microwave has so many great features. The microwave doubles as a dehydrator. The oven with its removable tray can be configured as 3. For example you can cook pizza in the top half and bake an blueberry pie at the same time and at a different temp. Take the divider out and cook a turkey. Use a tagine. Everything will fit

Dishwasher Is very quiet love WiFi start. Black finish looks great

Remodeling a house and chose Samsung for kitchen appliances as I have always had good experiences with them. Love the appearance and features of this wall oven micro and looking forward to installation when my renovation is complete.
