This is our first combo oven product. And it's feature rich! From the healthy cooking options to the two zone oven, we haven't even begun to take advantage of all the things this product can do. If reliability is good, then we will be over the moon happy with our choice to purchase this combo oven.

The purchasing process was great at Best Buy and I was surprised by how fast it coukd be delivered! The delivery team was incredible and made sure everything was perfect!

This thing is so intuitive and the preset cooking menus are spot on. My first test was a frozen hamburger in the microwave to see what it can do. Cooked it perfectly in 9 mins. Seared it and everything. I can't wait to start cooking some actual food in this thing.

We were replacing an existing combo, so I didn't have to change anything and installation was a breeze (I did it myself). Instructions were thorough. Oven is quick to pre-heat and cooks evenly. We are still getting used to all its capabilities - including being able to preheat oven for pizza when we get home... but that is adding to the fun of cooking/baking

It's great to be able to bake at 6500 feet - the steam feature works in our very dry climate. It's expensive, but worth it.

Learning to use the technology is very intuitive and easy to learn and use. The sounds that each process you choose are gentle and soothing. In summary, an excellent product for the money!
