    Unit failed after 18 months. Four visits by the appliance repair company determined that it could not be repaired. Glad we bought the Geek Squad warranty plan.

    2 years after purchase the PCB went out. For what I paid, I would think that Samsung would last longer.

    Don't buy it!

    This is a very expensive appliance with a lot of problems. The self-clean function locked the combo doors completely - both the microwave and the oven, not to be opened even after the unit cooled down. Samsung said they could not service the equipment unless I provided them with the serial number which is written inside the oven - which was locked!. It took me weeks to convince someone to come and unlock the doors. It took them at least three service appointments to open the doors. And when they did, they just told me not to use the self-clean function, period. Later on, the combo stopped working altogether. This time I had the serial number but the service guys tried and tried and tried. After a few weeks and many many replaced electronic part (and no cooking at home even though I paid thousands of dollars to a state of the art appliance), they said they cannot fix it, so they agreed to replace the unit. The turntable for the new unit stopped spinning shortly after. I was unable to secure a service appointment for weeks. I am now at the point where I utterly regret that I bought this fancy combo. Oh, and the front and the back of the oven does not cook evenly. Just take my word for it and buy an oven and a microwave separately. Simply, do not buy this unit.

    Display stopped working

    We have had the microwave oven combo for 18 months and the computer display stopped working after about 5 months. Luckily it was under warranty and they had to replace the whole computer board. Now it happened again and we can’t get service because of the COVID 19. So have to wait. A little frustrating that this would happen twice within 18 months because you can’t use microwave or oven at all.

    Guide roller keep breaking

    I feel that I should enter a review 4 years after using the equipment. I still love the equipment and its functionality. The bigger problem is that the guide roller for microwave oven broke during its first year of use, this happened again in 2022. Samsung does not stand by its products beyond 1 year of warranty. They refused to supply me with the part. The part goes under the plate in the microwave and helps it turn. It made up of very cheap plastic. The unit overall is good quality, but why on earth they'd make something like that? The microwave over is spacious, so the plate is pretty big and heavy. The microwave oven is also a convection oven. In short, the part has to withstand both weight and heat. Still it is made up of cheap material and poor design. I feel that Samsung should provide me with at least 10 parts to last me for 10 years or so. Their customer service has no power to do anything. All they do is apologize, which doesn't solve problems.

    Steam bake drip ,microwave plate is not rotating

    Extremely disappointed with the wall oven, the microwave turntable is not rotating after a month of use. if i keep any thing over half pound it is not rotating. When i used the steam bake, water is dripping from the inner walls and causing the puddle, samsung ppl are saying its normal, that water is dripping over my food which i am doing.note that i dint fill the reservoir beyond the max line

    Terrible quality and breaks constantly

    The combo oven set looks beautiful but it has given us many problems early on. The microwave has had to be serviced twice and conveniently after the warranty ended. Both repairs cost us a total of $814 and both repairs were for the same thing. We have only had this two years but started having problems just after one year which meant the microwave was out of warranty. The microwave will turn on but not cook. If we open and close the door over and over it will eventually start to cook. After three months of the first service we PAID for, the microwave started again. It's now at the 5 month mark since the first repair and we have just had to pay for the same parts and repair. Very frustrating. I also feel like my oven does not cook evenly. Overall I would never recommend this microwave oven combo to anyone. The set is very attractive and sleek but the quality is terrible.

    C-A2 Error

    Both oven lights went out at the same time. NO ONE would work on it! After countless hours on the phone w/ Samsung & months of trying to get it serviced, they offered an "out of warranty" appt. w/ their preferred tech for an astronomical price! We declined & kept searching & finally found someone. The tech cut the power & when he turned it back on, the well-known C-A2 error occurred. Now we have no microwave or oven at all. I have done extensive research on this & it is a wide-spread issue that Samsung is refusing to address or correct. This is WAY too expensive to be broken already w/ no way to get answers or support. Do better Samsung! I will never recommend these appliances & before buying, call around to repair shops in your area; might be shocked to find out no one will touch them.

    Electric smell oven stopped working

    Loved it until today when some wires burned up in the back of the lower oven. Electrical smell and oven won't heat. Calling for repairs, but I only bought this 4.5 years ago. Samsung should last longer than that.

      When the oven and the cooktop on your range don't turn on, your first thought is a power issue. But it could still be a power issue even if one is working and the other won't. Loose connections or tripped circuits can cause one or the other not to work. If this has been going on since installation, it's likely due to improper installation or insufficient power supply. Where applicable, the steps to resolve these types of power issues are also the same for built-in electric cooktops and wall ovens.

    Just another junk appliance

    Our microwave stopped working after only a little over a year after install. Geek Squad sent out a repairman 3 times and he was unable to fix the oven so they are replacing it. Now since they are replacing it I have to spend ANOTHER $350 for a 5 year warranty. We have been without a microwave for over 2 months now! I don't care what brand appliance you buy they are all JUNK.

    Stay AWAY from this junk

    This product has so many problems that they all won't fit on this review. Main issues, convection won't work as door comes open and stops the process. CA-2 error code three times in one year (hundreds each time to fix it), Oven has a moisture pan that helps keep moisture in oven, it melted.

    Lots of problems with this item

    Bought this combo along with other Samsung kitchen appliances. Near the end of the first year, the microwave stopped working. Samsung tech replaced a board and it worked for a month. The it stopped working and the panel began to get very hot when in use. Samsung tech said magnet was cracked. Replaced and it has worked. But now we are out of warranty period and I have a bad feeling this product is not gonna last.

    Overheating Ovens

    This oven is beautiful to look at, but a dangerous fire hazard. The microwave has overheated and wouldn’t turn off twice now, and the oven has overheated twice. We set it at one temperature, and then later it shoots up by itself to the highest temperature. We had to turn the main power off each time. I have a call in to Samsung to replace it, but we purchased 2 years ago and the warranty is only 1 year

    Bought in February and not working by end of April. 2 major problems the fans don’t work and there is a problem with the mainframe. Been dealing with Samsung and Best Buy on repairing/replacing for 2 weeks with no success. Even bought the extended warranty. Do not buy

    Samsung appliances do not last

    I would give this 0 stars if I could. I have had the unit since 9/2019. We built a new home and installed all Samsung appliances, big mistake. Refrigerator flooded out home and I'm now on my second repair for this microwave/oven unit. I strongly encourage you to stay away from all Samsung appliances.

    Stay away; ovens should last for years, this one died after 6 years of light use. Same problem as many others... over heating fried the cable assembly (and get this, only six years old and Samsung does not have a replacement cable)...

    don't buy - microwave door handle broken

    I bought this appliance less than three years ago and the handle to the microwave has broken on one side making it difficult to open and close the microwave. I paid over $3000 for this appliance and I am very disappointed that the basic of the handle to open the microwave door has not even lasted three years.

    Don't do it! Stay away from Samsung Wall ovens. Installed in 2018 and it the control panel failed after a self cleaning. Samsung has repair service centers visiting my home 11 (yes, eleven) times to fi the oven. Reality is that they can't fix the oven and hope that I just stop trying to hold them accountable to servicing the products they sell.
