Broke at 13 months
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Under light usage for the first year the cooling fan and control board need to be replaced outside of warranty after only 13 total months.You would think a $3,000 kitchen appliance would be built a little sturdier. Best Buy was no help in finding a repairman Samsung was barely any help in finding a repairman.

I was not sure, if using it would be easy with all touch buttons, but I can say it is very easy than it looks.
