Of the four appliances we bought the range is the only one that didn't break as soon as the warranty ended. Repairs have been hundred of dollars. The microwave broke on this unit and cost over $300 to fix it. It had to be completely taken out of the wall risking damage to my cabinets. Don't waste your time and money!

Wonderful oven and microwave.

We are very pleased with both the oven and microwave. Microwave does a great job too. Extremely satisfied with this combo oven and highly recommended it.

I reached out to geek squad and they said there was nothing they could do since it had been over 1 year. Very disappointed in both Samsung and BestBuy

First Class Oven/Microwave Combo
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was about to purchase the Kitchen Aid oven/microwave combo when I read, even in the 4 star reviews, that the oven took 17 minutes to reach 350 degrees. That's slow! With only 5 ratings on Best Buy, I opted for this model and I am very glad I did. I had a hassle getting this thing ordered as it seems to be very popular but Best Buy did deliver on time as promised. First, it looks great... sleek, very good, easy to use touch panel controls. Second, it is quiet, whether the microwave, standard oven, or the convection ovens. Third, it's heat retention is great... run the oven at 400 for a couple of hours or more and the door remains cool, the oven cabinet remains cool. The built in thermometer for cooking meats and poultry comes within a degree of my known and trusted meat thermometer... I would like the probe cord to be a tad longer but it works. The microwave is very large, and it is also a convection oven and a broiler. I've done baked potatoes in the top (microwave) oven on convection while roasting up a pork tenderloin in the lower oven. I've not used steam bake or roast and probably never will. Convection bake is great as is convection roast... get a very nice browned piece of meat. The only downside to date is the timer bell... if you are at all hard of hearing, as I am, it is far too quiet... you'll never hear it... and it is not adjustable. Kitchen Aid models have some catching up to do with Samsung when it comes to this oven combo. I will say, that given the level of electronics in these new appliances, I have purchased the Best Buy warranty which will replace a lemon... so far so good, the oven is flawless... and the bright blue interior is so much better than the dark dark blue.
