Here are my complaints: the instruction manual left me with lots of question, it is not well written. The unit beeps a lot, but I could not find instructions on how to silence it. After two weeks of use the microwave turntable stopped turning. After Four weeks, the convection oven that is housed inside the microwave oven slowed down, so instead of taking 10 minutes to heat up, it took forever. Same is true for the oven, it took an hour to heat the unit to 280, never reached 400. I am hoping that it will be be fixed since it is under warranty. My old microwave/oven combo was still in working condition after 35 years of use. I am very disappointed!
