LED lighting makes it easy to easy how your food is doing, as does the probe. Preheats, quickly.

Will not maintain any consistent temperature. I don't know what you can actually cook or bake in an oven that has temperature variance of +/- 70 degrees F. -- but for me it's "about nothing"... Have had four service visits, but no luck getting an appliance that can bake without either not baking or burning to a crisp. If you actually plan on eating anything that takes a trip through the oven, you should probably pass this one up and find something that works.
