This was my first Samsung TV purchase. I was a little hesitant, having had some poor experiences with Samsung products and customer service in the past, but this was one of the best reviewed televisions available in the size and with the features I wanted. It has had minimal usage thus far, but it has performed without problem and has a great picture. Being unfamiliar with the Samsung brand, navigating the menus and user controls has been a learning experience. I've had to go to the Samsung website a couple of times for further information, but was able to find answers to my issues fairly quickly. Overall, my family and I are very happy with the purchase.

So satisfied with this product that we decided to purchase a second one for the other room! Samsung never disappoints!

I repair TV's and other thing for a living. Samsung as well as all other brands have their problems. but few play as much media styles as Samsung. If a customer asks what I recommend this is the brand.

Intended use is for dorm room. Nice Smart features and 1080 resolution. Simulated surround sound works well in small room. The stand, especially the front legs, are a little flimsy.

Great picture and sound. Easy to set up. I will most likely buy additional Samsung components in the future.

Unable to obtain a 36" TV replacement due to Sony not making them any longer, so I had to go to a Samsung 34" color TV. We ALL do not need the largest screen made. Very sad about it.

I couldn't be happier with this TV. I bought it for my bedroom to replace an old CRT TV. It has performed extremely well. The picture is even better and more fluid than my more expensive, higher model Samsung TV in my living room. Lots of great ports, very sturdy good stand. Great value from a great company. I saw some of the concerns in the comments before, but most of them can be fixed by adjusting the settings a little after buying. Highly recommended.

This was a great purchase for the money. Good picture and sound. The smart apps work well and there is a good selection. Easy set up. Only criticism is the back light. The screen often looks dark making it harder to see in darker scenes. I've tried playing around with the settings and adjusting them, but haven't had much success in fixing this issue. Might just be my lack of know-how on how to do this well. Otherwise, no complaints.
