Let me start by saying that I have been Sony brand loyal for years. I have owned many Sony TVs in the past. I wouldn't buy anything else. Until, that is, I bought my first Samsung TV. The picture quality is beyond reproach...deep blacks and vibrant colors. The sound is fantastic and there remote is easy to use. All in all a great product...I will buy many more Samsung TVs...I have my eye on a 65 inch 9000 series for the living room at the moment.
