This is a great tv for the price. It has all the great apps and 3 HDMI ports. The only thing it did not come with is the Samsung smart remote. The one that comes with is very large and complicated to use

i did have some trouble playing blu-rays at first until i had to change the sound settings- also the picture size doesn't automatically adjust for the correct ratio- but that could be the fault of my player, not the tv..?

This is our second one of these, this one went into the camper bunkhouse. I specifically wanted it for my son to be able to stream videos from his phone onto the TV. Two trips in and it's worked great.

Needed something that my Playstation 4 can max out on and this TV did just that! The refresh rates are nice and smooth. Gaming setting and compatibility with it is amazing! You won't be disappointed!!

Not a bad tv and the picture is good so is the sound

This tv was bought as a replacement for a test television for a busy technical warehouse. It was purchased because it has good response time and has proven reliable, even after being mistreated by an employee. Only draw back was the auto off feature which did not seem to respond. We wanted this tv to stay on longer

I love the TV but after 3 weeks the remote was not working well. It had slowed down to the point that you could not type in 3 didgets. I called Samsung and they talked me through a process that fixed the problem.

Wasn't bad until 4 months later none of the HDMI ports will respond and the network connection won't connect. Trying to see what Samsung will do now - but frustrated at having this for such a short period. That being said have also had difficulty getting it set for an optimal resolution using PC attached with HDMI connection.

We completed 1o hours of research before we purchased. We talked to the salesman at the store, he reassured us this computer wold connect to the web browser and work as we requested. We asked for a demo, that was declined. I feel that if you are selling an item with web browser capabilities, there should be a demo available. This tv will not do any of the things we wanted it to do. We could have purchased a larger tv for less money had we knows. We are very, very disappointed. Yes, we could return but we live quite a bit aways. Samsung no longer works with the MAC or IPHONE apps. In our research, all of the information including on the Samsung website included app/ios abilities, the service rep with Samsung informed us, no, they changed that this year. This should be in the specs, the BEST BUY sales people should know this.
