Setup is easy. Picture and sound quality very good

We completed 1o hours of research before we purchased. We talked to the salesman at the store, he reassured us this computer wold connect to the web browser and work as we requested. We asked for a demo, that was declined. I feel that if you are selling an item with web browser capabilities, there should be a demo available. This tv will not do any of the things we wanted it to do. We could have purchased a larger tv for less money had we knows. We are very, very disappointed. Yes, we could return but we live quite a bit aways. Samsung no longer works with the MAC or IPHONE apps. In our research, all of the information including on the Samsung website included app/ios abilities, the service rep with Samsung informed us, no, they changed that this year. This should be in the specs, the BEST BUY sales people should know this.

Bought a Sony 50” HD Smart TV at the same time and replaced it a year later with another Samsung Smart TV. This TV sold me on the Samsung brand.

This Samsung TV has a feature that is superior to other Samsung TVs sold at other stores. You can connect your iphone directly to the youtube on the TV product without entering the access code again and again.

Haven't been able to see it yet ... Will probably have to call their Geek Squad. ;(

4th Samsung Smart TV and like the other 3 no complaints so far - it just works. I do like how they keeping improving the set up process, so simple and intuitive. Was able to snag this one on a BB flash sale. Thank BB!

I bought this TV for a guest bedroom/office. I own a couple other Samsung TVs and you can tell the processor in this TV is a little slower, as even with it connected via CAT 6 it takes a few more seconds for it to boot up. But we are talking about seconds, so nothing to really complain about.

all three were a gift from my husband. I didn't want the dvd and the cord, so I went to return it and I thought I had at least 30 days to return them and of course no one tells you its 15 days to return when you purchase. I will not be purchasing from Best Buys again. Your return policy is not a good one.

The picture clarity is good and I'm amazed at how light the TV is, which is great when having to move it to get to the cables.

The Samsung 32" HDTV is perfect for a bedroom. The apps load quickly and allow us to use our cable providers app instead of paying extra for a cable box. Recommend this TV to friends and family.

I bought this TV to watch Netflix and Amazon video. I also use it as a PC monitor. Since I also have a Galaxy Note 4, I can use the screen mirroring function. Overall, I am satisfied with what this TV can do for me.

I have all Samsung tv's in my home 4 to be exact and this is another great product from Samsung. Very satisfied so far.I have always bought good products from Best Buy very good company to do business with.

Needed a smaller flat panel TV. Looked in store and bought online and picked up. Very easy set up. Only real adjustment was to lower the color sat and change a sound setting to make it louder. Good deal

Its a good tv but it has hard time finding wifi even when the router is close by.

We are a Samsung family. They make great products. We have Samsung appliances, TVS & phones. Have trouble with only 1 computer & it was taken care of quickly.

Was a gift from the office of the president member named Sarah. She was very helpful and the TV is great. Beautiful TV and user friendly interface. Couldn't have asked for a better bedroom TV. Great purchase!

For those that need a smaller size for bedroom or office, this tv is great. Has most of the smart tv features of the larger sizes but does lack Bluetooth. But not a problem for most uses.

I am glad to find this tv. All my favorite apps are available wi-fi ready makes watching online shows very easy. The picture is extremely crisp and clear. Excellent choice for a second tv.

Easy to setup. Beautiful picture in the beginning; two weeks in, the picture became dark and drab. Two days later it was great again; it has relapsed several times. Geek Squad couldn’t fix. It’s great when it decides to be.
